Step inside and enjoy the bright, inviting interior designed with relaxation in mind. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not enjoying the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony showcasing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass—the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.

The primary bedroom features private balcony access and incredible Gulf views. The guest bedroom is en-suite, offering additional comfort and privacy. Extra conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable.

You'll also appreciate the peace and ease that come with staying in a low-density, 72-unit building—no long elevator waits and effortless access to the beach and pool.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The carpet in bedrooms was weird. Tv went out in master but you guys had it replaced next day. Unfortunately, they wanted to do additional repairs while they were there. Bathtub in extra bedroom didn’t drain. Rug in living room needs replaced.
