The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you're not enjoying the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony showcasing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass—the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.

The primary bedroom features private balcony access and incredible Gulf views. The guest bedroom is en-suite, offering additional comfort and privacy. Extra conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable.

You'll also appreciate the peace and ease that come with staying in a low-density, 72-unit building—no long elevator waits and effortless access to the beach and pool.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
