b. About Your Space:
Perfect location for seeing the best of Fort Lauderdale (unique margs @ Canyon, El Vez on the beach, mermaid performances @ Wreck Bar, airplanes taking off @ Jet Runway Cafe)! Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. The beautiful covered pool is steps from the front door. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include the bedroom with queen bed and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Apartment 27 is located in a single story building, so no need to worry about stairs or upstairs neighbors, and there is just one other apartment in the building! A full bathroom, luxurious linens and thoughtful decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with beautiful views of nature, incredible food & drinks, and fun & exciting activities.

c. Your Availability:
“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”


d. Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic for convenience - with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and museums within walking distance, and much more just a short drive, it’s hard to find a more centrally located vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale.

e. Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s 5-20 minutes to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly 20 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
