The luxury gorgeous home provides you with a fabulous luxury chalet type feel. From the moment you enter the home are you drawn to the outside through the large windows and vaulted beam ceiling. All the bedrooms are very spacious providing the much wanted retreat of our guest. The living room is huge featuring a wood burning stove, TV, books, ample seating area - the perfect place for any group to gather. The dining room is right off kitchen and has a sliding door leading to private flat rear yard with deck. Everything is new... all furniture, beds, etc.... This is a perfect place to relax and feel like you getting away from everything.

Why they chose this property

This property has such a great peaceful feel to it. It's large and spacious and sits on a little over an acre of property. It's private and quiet. It's only 3 miles to Nevada City and 5 miles to Grass Valley. It feels so far out in the woods, yet it's so close to town.
We do have a little artist studio next door that is currently not being rented at this time.

What makes this property unique

This home features knotty pine walls, large spacious room and large windows to view the outdoors. It has a large front deck and a large back deck with lots of seating. It also features a large fenced in yard.
