Telemark #4 Townhouse on the River

Telemark 4 is a two bedroom deluxe townhouse on the River that sleeps up to six.



On the ground floor is an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker.and ½ bath. Cozy up to the gas log fireplace and watch the river run outside your patio door or just relax in front of the flat screen satellite TV.



On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the center hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed with satellite TV and overlooks the river. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area. This property has a total of 864 square feet.



The few steps leading into the property are heated so there are never icy steps to deal with. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio for your use.



No washer/dryer and no trailer parking.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.

This property is 1 block to the ski area and fishing ponds. WiFi internet service is available.



**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Everything is just as advertised. Would be helpful to have written instructions for both TVs. The one upstairs in the king room was inoperative. Was unable to light The fireplace because nothing to light with. Enjoyed the river in the back and furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the entire downtown area.

Good location

The location is the best part of this condo. The parking was confusing. Check in was a breeze. There were no cleaning supplies, the condo was dirty when we arrived with no access to a mop/broom, counter spray ect. But we were charged a cleaning fee in our booking. We left it cleaner than we found it for sure! There is no ironing board despite it being advertised. You have to take the towels to their office to exchange if you need replacements as they only put out 6, not real accommodating. The TV in the main room needs to be in a better location and the picture updated of the living area as there are not 2 chairs plus the couch. Only one couch and one recliner. It’s basic and good for a couple nights but not a whole week in my opinion.

Relaxing and Cozy

My son and his girlfriend enjoyed everything about their stay. It was wintery outside and cozy inside. The property has all the amenities of home and is in the perfect location, right on the river and adjacent to the ski slopes. We highly recommend this property.
