Western Slope Cozy Cottage - Casa lontano da casa

Il nostro delizioso cottage è pronto e perfettamente posizionato per esplorare tutto ciò che la zona di Grand Junction ha da offrire. Questo spazio rilassante è completamente attrezzato per essere la tua "base operativa" mentre sei in città. Siamo situati appena fuori dalla Hwy I-70, a 3 miglia dall'aeroporto regionale di GJ e dalla Colorado Mesa University; 2. 5 miglia a VA Medical Center; 7 miglia a Mt. Garfield; 18 miglia CO National Monument; 36 miglia a Powderhorn Mt. Resort @ Grand Mesa.

La nostra casa è preparata e attrezzata per servire comodamente quattro persone.

Questa è la nostra casa 4-6 volte l'anno quando visitiamo il nostro nipote e la nostra famiglia che vivono a Grand Junction, quindi abbiamo ristrutturato con cura lo spazio e siamo orgogliosi di aprire gli alloggi per te e la tua famiglia per divertirti tanto quanto noi facciamo.

Il parcheggio è previsto per un massimo di due auto e gli unici spazi autorizzati sono situati parallelamente alla porta d'ingresso. Si prega di non parcheggiare altrove sulla proprietà poiché è un servizio in comune.

Gli arredi sono tutti nuovi. L'arredamento è eclettico-occidentale. I letti sono deliziosamente sognanti e confortevoli. L'aria condizionata e il forno sono stati tutti rinnovati e automatizzati (NEST) per tenervi comodi, indipendentemente dalla temperatura esterna.

La pulizia è il nostro obiettivo principale per la tua esperienza e lo realizziamo attraverso l'uso di un servizio professionale che condivide i miei standard.

C'è una cucina completa, fornita di tutto l'hardware necessario per preparare i pasti e una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile se devi fare un carico prima di uscire.

The property was small, functional, VERY clean, had plenty of comforts to feel like a short term home while I visited my Son and his little family. The property owner checked in with me to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything. That added the touch of being taken care of knowing I was traveling alone. THANK YOU! I highly recommend this property!

Convenient and cozy

We were in town for 5 nights for an event at Cameo. This was perfectly located near 70 Business for easy access to the highway or a short hop to the downtown restaurants. The property was clean and check out was easy-peasy. No issues during our stay and would go back again.

Great home base for our stay

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from college - most relatives were at hotels but it was nice to have a place with a kitchen and a couch to chill together with our kids in between events. It’s a bit in the commercial area, but inside is very quaint and the white noise makers and black out curtains made sleep peaceful and cozy.

Quick weekend trip

It was a cozy stay, we did not spend a lot of time at the house but it was nice, had what we needed and comfortable beds. Would stay again. Host was very attentive.

Another Outstanding Stay – Even Better the Third Time!

This was our third visit, and once again, everything exceeded expectations. The cottage is consistently clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome—communication is always quick and helpful. It's clear they take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The little touches, like fresh towels and thoughtful amenities, make it feel like a home away from home. We’ve made this our go-to spot for a reason, and we’re already looking forward to the next stay. Highly recommend!

We liked our stay at the cottage, it's got everything you might need. Loved the coffee service and so nice to have laundry! Street is a bit noisy, but provided fans helped me sleep soundly.

The property lived up to its name—Cozy Cottage! The decor was very welcoming, and I had everything I needed. It is right on the street, but there is plenty of parking right in front of the cottage, and it was super easy to get in and out. The hosts reached out multiple times to make sure I was settled in and to see if I needed anything. It was the perfect home base!

Great stay

I came with two kiddos- a teen and 1yo. Very well Organized. Check in and check out was very easy and self. Serve with a key. We had a small little hiccup with the heat in one of the bedrooms and they provided a space heater that same day very quickly! The towels are so soft and fluffy. There IS a pack n play also there to use.

Repeat visit

I stayed at this cottage back in November last year and fell in love with it. The space is comfortable, cosy, and offers everything you would need for a stay. Everything is within such easy driving distance too. This will always be my first choice for somewhere to stay in Grand Junction.

Lovely Home

Comfortable home with enough space for my Mum and I. Had everything we needed. It is on a busy road with some road noise but not enough to be an issue for us. Great location with lots of places to eat within a mile or less. Will stay here again. Thanks Mike and Joni!

Great place, great owner communication

Great place! It was exactly what I needed and location was perfect. Everything was smooth but I had a personal challenge upon check out and property owner could not reach me. My phone was damaged and I couldn’t check out on time. He was amazing about everything and I never gave him a proper thank you!!! Thank you for everything hopefully I will go back there next year.

Perfect location for my needs. Easy check in process. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this one was exceptionally clean! Well equipped, and decorated nicely. Included coffee service which was a well enjoyed perk!

Attentive to details!

The cottage was cozy for us and our 2 adult daughters. The sofa bed mattress was the MOST comfortable pull out mattress we have ever seen. We usually don't put too much hope in those and it was amazing! The location was ideal for us to explore Grand Mesa, Palisade, and the Monument. The 4 stars for the neighborhood was walkability & road noise. This would have been a bigger issue possibly at a different time of the year, but because it was 100+ temps each day we tended to stay inside when we returned from our days' activities. :) The price was great and the hosts are thoughtful. I really appreciated the communication and attention to details. (Having some spices in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and shampoo, etc. in the bathroom makes it convenient for travelers!) Mike checked in throughout the week making sure everything was ok. We are thankful for a good week with our daughters.

Base camp

It was very clean, very easy check in and a great location for the West side of Colorado areas of interest. So if your looking to see Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, Telluride etc this is a good base camo location. As for the the 4 stars neighborhood that was because it can be quite nosey with the vehicles passing by in the main road. After around 10 pm it seems to quite down. I would recommend this this place as a great place to stay. Thank you and for the hospitality.

Quaint

We visited GJT for our grandsons graduation. We were in and out as family lives in Fruita. We enjoyed our 2 youngest grandchildren hanging out for a overnight. Everything you need. Far better than a hotel. Only suggestion bring your pillows. The main bedroom pillows were not very comfortable. We did find 2 in the 2nd bedroom closet and slept better. Zero complaints. Close to everything as GJT is just down the hyw.

My mother and I very much enjoyed our stay in GJ and in your home!

My mother & I came for a week to be there for my grandson’s, her great grandson’s, first birthday. Your home was conveniently located just a few blocks from my son’s place & not far from restaurants and everything else we needed. We appreciated that your place came with a grill too as we used it a couple of times. We came from ND and loved the western decore of your home! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!
