A half circle on the opposite side arches around a lovely fountain that can be set to your liking and provides a lovely musical water sound as a backdrop to your day or evening.
Just a hint of this magic is suggested from the front of the house. A brilliant bevelled glass door allows just glimpses of the sunny green and turquoise paradise beyond, and suggests the luxury of the home's many modern chandeliers and sparking bathroom pendants, as well as the simplicity and quality of it's genuine (and rare) terrazzo* floors.

* FYI: terrazzo is a solid poured concrete floor with chips of marble, honed to a smooth finish, that was very popular in the 60's. This one was poured in place, about 4-5' deep, within a 3' x3' stainless steel grid, and has been gently restored.
