Newly renovated, modern, and comfy. Less than 10 minutes to the Beach! 3 bedroom, 2 bath private house with heated private pool. Pool is not heated April through September, because it is not needed in the hot months of Florida. Walking distance to Florida Institute of Technology. Sleeps 8, King Sleep# in Master, Queen Serta Silver in other 2 bedrooms, and queen pull out sofa in the living room. Space Coast Sports Complex only 20 minutes away, Kennedy Space Center just under an hour, and Disney and Orlando attractions just over an hour. All the amenities included, full equipped kitchen, SmartTV in every bedroom and one in the living room, all with WIFI. Come and explore what Melbourne has to offer, or just sit by the pool and RELAX!

Super close to FIT. Nicely decorated, very clean and a wonderful pool! Highly recommend this property. 😊

The stay was great it was better then expected! It had everything we needed! Thank you. We will definitely stay again. I appreciated all the little extra stuff like laundry soap, shampoo conditioner dish soap toothpaste sunscreen we didn’t need to go to the store for any of that. The pool was perfect for our family. I can’t wait till we can come back.

Best vacation ever!

Everything was perfect! The home was well equipped with all the essentials for a great stay. Karen and Elaina were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located near grocery stores, gyms, pickleball courts, restaurants, AND we were able to see a Space X launch from the front yard! The private heated pool was a real plus, we enjoyed it everyday, it was clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back!

Great getaway

This is a great house with everything needed for a comfortable stay, especially the heated pool, enclosed sun porch and backyard. The owners are super nice and responsive and take very good care of the property. Would definitely stay here again.
