AVOID THE TRAFFIC OF CROWDED DESTIN AND MIRIMAR BEACH !! Sleeping 8 adults max, Seafoam is a 2 story 2 bedroom 3 full bath townhouse on Okaloosa Island in scenic and historic Ft. Walton Beach Florida, just 10 minutes from Eglin and Hurlburt air bases. Check-in begins at 4 pm and may be earlier or later depending on any maintenance or housekeeping issues. Check-out is no later than 10:30. Many arrivals are scheduled the same day of a departure and the entire unit must be cleaned and inspected. You will be notified through vrbo as soon as the unit is ready with instructions for checking in.

You will be provided a "starter kit" including 1 small size roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, a dish sponge, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 garbage bag and liqid hand soap at every sink. Unlike a hotel, condos in this market do not provide toiletries and/or refills. You are resposible for buying your own bathing products and cleaning products after the complementaries are used up.

Seafoam is located across Santa Rosa Boulevard from the sparkling white, super soft sands of the northern Gulf of Mexico on Okaloosa Island. Breakers gulf front condominium tower is directly across the blvd beachside so you will have a few steps to the right down the sidewalk to get to the public beach crosswalk. Approximately 2-5 minute walk. This county maintained access includes a parking lot , refuse cans, out side showers, separate mens and womens restrooms, shaded pavilion with picnic tables and a dune walkover boardwalk with ramp. The north side of this access, which is very convenient to the garage parking, has a brand new kayak launch designed also for the disabled to explore Santa Rosa Bay, a.k.a. the intracoastal waterway! Lifeguards regularly patrol the gulf side beach during season and marine safety flag warning system regularly provided.

Seafoam is Art Deco, furnished shabby chic and has lots of Old Florida style. With culture marble and granite throughout, it is safe, spacious, very private and well maintained. Code locks for front door and the private 2 car garage means convenient, quick and secure access with no worries of keeping up with loose metal door keys.

Both master bedrooms have a full private bathroom and a king sized bed. The larger master king bed is firm and there is also a full size sleeper sofa. The smaller master king bed is super soft. Downstairs has its own full bath with walk-in shower and a queen sleeper sofa so it can sleep 2 adults although, this is the living room/kitchen area so not totally private during the active hours. Shampoo, bath soap and wash clothes are NOT provided.

You will have your own private two car garage, private courtyard and private patio. Some full size trucks, vans and SUV's will NOT fit in the garage. Oversize trucks, vans or SUV's may not fit in the driveway. 4 parking spaces total for mid and compact size vehicles.

Only basic cable with no wi-fi is provided because there is so much to see and do here if you're not afraid to explore a little. You wont have time for staring at screens if you know where to look. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the owner for recommendations. Thanks for looking and booking!
