- All dirty linens may be placed in the garage in front of the washer, cleaners will strip the beds. - Dishes should be cleaned and put away or in the dishwasher and running when leaving.
- Lock the front door. DO NOT lock the bottom handle on the front door - Lock the sliding glass door - Do not lock the kitchen door leading to the garage - Lock garage door leading to the back yard

Pool: No diving. No glass in or around the pool. Children must have direct adult supervision at all times while in pool/patio area.

Good stay..Great pool, updated main areas..bathrooms dated, but extremely clean in all areas. Nice area..quiet, but close to everything. Fenced in yard for our dog was great. Excellent air conditioner! Beds a little hard, but that’s personal preference. Communication with host wonderful. Could use some more utensils and plates, etc, but didn’t affect stay. We stayed in May for 10 days. Loved the pool, but no loungers fyi. We brought floating loungers and they worked fine. All in all, excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the property manager’s responsiveness and professionalism throughout. Communication was excellent, check-in with the keypad was easy, and the home was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private backyard and pool, and the beach was only about 10 minutes away.We mentioned a couple of minor maintenance items during our stay, including a torn fitted sheet in the master bedroom and a section of fence that needed reinforcement. Neither issue affected our comfort, and we understood the fence repair would be completed after our departure.An accident involving our son resulted in the glass beside the front door being broken. We contacted the property manager right away, and he was very understanding and primarily concerned about our son’s well-being. Since repairs could not be completed during our stay, we simply used extra caution for the remainder of the visit.What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. After returning home, we realized we had left our business keys behind. The property manager overnighted them to us, saving a seven-hour drive, which we truly appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this property. With a few routine maintenance updates, it remains a great option for families visiting the area.

If your looking to a quiet place away from everything but not far from the beach this is the place. we really enjoyed our stay here. Justin was great communicating and taking care of any issues we had. the pool was nice and relaxing and private. the house its self was clean and very roomy. also one perk not listed was the fighter jets we set by the pool and got a air show was pretty cool. Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home we really enjoyed our time.

It was just perfect for us. It was less than 2 miles from where our son and his wife live, so that was our focus. The house was clean and pool was refreshing. Quiet neighborhood. Great fenced yard for our little 10lb MillieMay. The drive to anywhere wasn't bad either, annd had some nice restaurants near by. And Justin was awesome to work with. We will be making this our once a year or more place to stay. Thanks Justin!!

Home Away From Home

This property was perfect for our week stay! It’s very spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The house is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood close to dining, attractions, and the beach. We loved having the pool available when we didn’t want to go to the beach.
