Prospective renter will need to complete a online rental application and submit identifying documents (and a fee) to the Condo Association. If the Association's approval cannot be reached, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. Prospective renter agrees to abide by all Association rules and regulations when submitting a rental reservation.
