Casa Juanita is charming and worldly. With 500 square feet, this open loft features raw cement ceilings, arched doorways and windows, breezeblock walls, and custom-designed metal gates (rejas). The garden-view loft has a one queen-sized bedroom that accommodates 2 people. Designed with the intent to connect to nature, the open layout, industrial fans, and ocean breeze allow the natural island air to flow freely. AC available.

Perfect oasis

Juanita Loft is exactly as pictured - aesthetically beautiful, very comfortable, and well appointed. It is on a quiet residential street a short walk from the ferry terminal, stores, restaurants, etc. Water pressure and hot water were great. Windows all have screens. Parking is available on street. Owner provided two beach chairs, two beach towels, two snorkel/fin sets, and a cooler - perfect setup for beach time. Bring earplugs 'cuz local roosters have no sense of time anywhere on the island.
