Enjoy the simplicity of the Mountains to Sea at this great 2nd row location just a short walk south of quaint downtown Topsail Beach and steps from the beach! A traditional styled bungalow with modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and ample room inside and out for your family and canine companions, this home is sure to please! Three bedrooms, two baths, and recently renovated kitchen are provided for your coastal relaxation. Watch the sunrise and the ocean from the front porch and sunset and inlet from the covered back porch. A fenced yard with seating area, hammock stand (BYO Hammock), and charcoal grill only add to the outdoor area of the home! There are two nearby public beach accesses - Smith Ave with parking and Darden Ave with parking and handicap parking/ramp access to the beach!

Family Vacation

House was very cute. Clean and an old school beach cottage charm. Would love an outdoor shower with hot water option and a few better knives in the kitchen. Twin mattresses were fine but bigger beds could stand to upgrade, especially the room that shares the bathroom with the twin bedroom. Overall experience was great, especially if you do what we do, which is spend most of our time at the beach. Had family with houses nearby so beach access was not an issue for us. Would continue to visit with a few upgrades, especially the outdoor shower and beds.

Beautiful location!

This beach house has such a perfect location! Easy and quick access to the beach and the vintage/cottage theme of the actual house is so cute. Had a wonderful week with my family!

Good to get away

It was confusing and disappointing. I thought I was booking through VRBO but I was directed to an agency. The communication was not great. I was unaware of the pet fee at booking and it was misleading because it was not by owner as the name of the app implies. The agency was difficult to reach but we went to the office and were able to check in. The agent was polite and apologetic. We were given the wrong key for the washer and dryer but they sent someone to change the lock and were able to use the washer and dryer. The house itself is in need of some updating and repairs but was comfortable and we enjoyed the back porch. It was close to the beach and sound. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it was but we really needed a vacation and there wasn’t much to choose from.
