Villa Horizon - First line with exceptional views and direct access to the sea

First line of the sea, with magnificent views over the bay of Es Cubells in the south of Ibiza, in the exclusive urbanisation of Vista Alegre. Residence with 24/7 security.

Totally renovated in 2020 in the spirit of Ibiza, this comfortable house offers 2 bedrooms and many private outdoor and indoor areas.

The house is located in a quiet street (dead end). It is built on two levels: each level has access to the garden, to several terraces surrounding the house and offering frontal views to the sea. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with fireplace, a bathroom, a large terrace with barbecue and a garden. On the lower level there are two bedrooms with sea views and a bathroom (with a sea view shower). The rooms have access to a large terrace with outdoor shower, as well as to the garden and a chill out area.
The garden gives access to a path leading to the communal pool (very close, 20 metres away) and then to the sea (7 minutes walk downhill).
The house has Bose equipment and a ping pong table.

A charming and quiet house, close to the small village of Es Cubells, as well as to the best beach restaurants of the island, perfect for a peaceful, relaxing and unforgettable stay in Ibiza.

The most wonderful holiday!

We had the most wonderful holiday! The house has amazing views, and is close to the beach. We felt very safe as it’s in a security complex. The position is perfect to get to many of the beautiful beaches. Ana was so welcoming , helpful and warm. We can’t wait to come again!

Wedding & Honeymoon Stay

My young family and I had an incredible stay in Stéphane's villa over our wedding weekend. The property was in a gated community with stunning views over the West of the island. The property manager, Ana, was brilliant and really helpful throughout the stay. Villa Horizon has a couple of edges where for toddlers you would need to be careful and consider when booking. However, I would highly recommend staying at this incredible location.

Beautiful Views & Excellent Service Despite Minor IssuesOur stay at Villa Horizon was overall very lovely and perfect for 3–4 people. The view is absolutely fantastic, and the location is wonderfully quiet – ideal for relaxing.However, the WiFi and the heating (via the air conditioning system) were not working properly, and the outdoor lighting was also not functioning. We stayed in January, and due to the humidity there were apparently some issues with the fuses.After a short message to the property management, they reacted immediately and offered us another house right next door. We moved there – and that house was truly breathtaking.Panoramic windows at the breakfast table, a spectacular sea view, a cozy TV room, and a fantastic kitchen. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation even more.Despite the small issues at the beginning, it turned into a wonderful stay with excellent service.A big thank you to Ana and StĂ©phane for their kindness, professionalism, and immediate help. The views from the villa were breathtaking and we never tired of eating breakfast on the top patio. Garden furniture on the sunbathing deck was both dirty and faded, not as in photos. The communal pool is accessed by a steep set of steps with no handrail so not for anyone with any mobility issues of any kind. The pool itself is a great size and heated to just the right temperature. However, the pool area had not been swept or cleaned in a good while.Despite that, I swam every day. For the high rental rate it was not good. Villa is lovely but bed linen needs updating. Overall we had a great stay. St Josep nearby is a great little town with some excellent bars and restaurants. Vista Allegra is a lovely safe gated area.

Incredible views, great amenities, tons of outdoor space

Water views from every room in the house. Outdoors allowed dining, sitting, lounging and dreaming with gentle breeze spectacular cliffs and water views including a small cove with limpid water. The property manager and owner were both super receptive to questions and inquiries. Beds were very comfortable. House is in a private, remote area, yet easily accessible by a very scenic road, with a supermarket 5 minutes away and Es Cubells town less than 10 minutes by car.

A fantastic stay!!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, what a beautiful view and so spacious, yet cozy and a romantic atmosphere! Wake up every morning with a view of the beautiful ocean and enjoy the beautiful garden! The house is fully equipped and very nice that small things have been thought of such as the presence of olive oil, pepper / salt, coffee. Our baby was also thought of, there was a brand new nice cot and a nice high chair! Both my parents and my partner and I really enjoyed this stay and we will definitely come back! Also very nice communication with the owner and sweet home nanny. If I have to mention some areas for improvement; -the house is slightly damp, you can smell it when you enter, but with the moisture absorber this was gone within a few days. -the beds are quite hard, you have to like it. - the jet of the rain shower does not have much power but the hand shower is fine. A hook to hang the hand shower would be great! -also slightly more hooks to attach regular towels if you stay in the cottage with 4 people (and a baby :-)) But in short it was really great and we still think a lot about the holiday. Thanks a lot!

Absolute Traumlage auf den Klippen mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer. Absolut sicheres Villengebiet (Vista Allegre) mit Security Zugang. Wir waren am Ende der Saison in der Villa Horizon, absolut ruhig, keine Nachbarn mehr da, wir hatten den Gemeinschaftspool fĂŒr uns alleine. Da unser RĂŒckflug gecancelt wurde konnten wir problemlos um 4 Tage verlĂ€ngern, dafĂŒr nochmals Danke an Anita und Stefane. Verbesserungsvorschlag: MĂŒckenschutz an Fenstern und TĂŒren einbauen.

Amazing house with outstanding view

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Die KĂŒche ist top ausgerĂŒstet (Abwaschmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe, Nespresso Maschine, etc.). Zudem befindet sich eine Waschmaschine im Haus. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir eher wenig genutzt, dafĂŒr die umliegenden wunderschönen StrĂ€nde - wofĂŒr aber unbedingt ein Auto notwendig ist. Wir haben eine Woche lang unseren Ibiza Traum ausgelebt - danke der Familie von StĂ©phan, die das Haus mit so viel liebe zum Detail ausgestattet haben.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

This is a fantastic villa, very well decorated and appointed and with *unbelievable* views. Feels like a hotel. Stephane is a great host who was very responsive to our needs. The location is a bit of a drive to most beaches, but that seems typical in Ibiza. Grocery store 5 mins away.

Het was slecht weer en de woning is daar niet op gebouwd. Mijn man astmaaanval door het vocht

De ontvangst en het huis waren goed maar het weer en daardoor het vocht gooide roet in het eten. Geen comfortabele zitbank in het huis dus was niet echt top!!!!
