Awesome property, Vrbo?

Everything about the property/resort is great, first class, from the friendly, helpful and efficient staff to the location and amenities. Vrbo on the other hand messed up the reservation. Upon arrival, the front desk could not find our reservation information. The front desk agent, Ace, went over and above to make several phone calls and finally was able to get the reservation information and get us checked in. Additionally, the unit was awesome, however was nothing like the unit described in the listing. Thank you Westgate and staff for a wonderful stay...Vrbo?

Small space in good location for Canyons

The space was a bit small for our family of four, but we really enjoyed having a kitchen during our stay. It had all of the appliances we needed and the pullout couch was fine for our two small children. The amenities on the property were great, including ski valet service, boot lockers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, laundry, and close proximity to restaurants. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is a bit of a maze. Once you figure it out, it's fine, but it takes some effort to navigate at first. We enjoyed that it was easy to walk to the gondola that took us to the Canyons. It is also a short drive to the Park City side if you would rather ski there. We also easily went between the mountains via lifts during our stay.
