Relax in the cozy living room with a 55" TV, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, perfect for whipping up a beach picnic or a special vacation meal. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, TV, and private bath. The queen guest bedroom offers easy access to the full hall bath. Plus, there's a washer and dryer for your convenience.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beach trip

We took a mother/daughter trip for graduation gift. Really enjoyed being steps away from the beach. So convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella set up and ready every morning. Also quick response when I had a question. Over all a great place and plan to come back!

Great location

Great location! Our room was old and rundown, furniture wasn’t the cleanest and there was a musty smell. With taxes, and all the add-on fees that are added on thru vrbo and Benchmark, our two bedroom condo ended up being 750+!!!! 5* hotel price!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy rental booking, check-in, and check-out. Great location and beach amenities. We have rented all over 30A and we understand the difficulties of maintaining a renal unit as such. That said, the master bedroom shower door was not usable on one side and the other shower had mold on the curtain. The whole unit was clean but had a closed up oder funk that we needed to mask with a lit candle. We had great relaxing stay and thank you for allowing us to use 504.

Everything about the condo was excellent except for a feeling of dampness and something black scattered/growing across the ceilings of three rooms, possibly black mold. It needs to be inspected and remediated when no one is staying there. The ceiling fan blades need to be cleaned so the fans can be used to help move air. We were afraid to stir up particles. A dehumidifier may be needed. Otherwise the condo is great. Very pretty decor, roomy with a large living/dining/kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms with separation from each other, a nice big balcony with gorgeous ocean view, very close to elevator on fifth floor, easy access to pool and beach, and in the heart of Seagrove. The beach is only down the elevator, through pool area, and down private boardwalk and stairs. It was very nice having umbrella and chair service provided. We would love to stay here again if the mold was remediated.

Relaxing week at Beachcrest

We had a wonderful, relaxing week. We were able to go directly to the condo and let ourselves in using the code provided in the app. Very handy! We packed our own groceries so didn’t need to go to the grocery store. Condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. No problem with social distancing. There was never much of a wait for the elevator and people were very polite with waiting for the next one if needed. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are readily available at the pool and elevator. Loved having the beach umbrellas and chairs included. We brought a tent for the beach but never used it. Will definitely be back again!

The front loading washer emitted a terrible smell because it had not been attended to properly. I spent quite some time cleaning it just so it could be used, however the smell continued making the condo smell quite nasty. The master bath is in need of an upgrade.

The overall condition just felt dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Beachcrest. We love that it is right on the gulf and has complimentary umbrella and chairs set up on the beach. Our unit however needs some TLC. The master shower doors aren't working properly and we had trouble with our keypad on the front door. Our biggest disappointment was when our A/C stopped working on our last night. We called it into the after hours number but never got a call until the next morning. And that call was as we were leaving and only asking if our issue had been resolved. At that time I asked to speak with a property manager and was told they would reach out via email. At this time, I have yet to talk to anyone. I've never had any problems our previous stays at Beachcrest but I am not sure if I will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seagrove Beach area a favorite with such beautiful clear ocean water and great access to good restaurants. Beachcrest location is perfect for all of the above. Unit 504 was colorful, comfortable, and has great views.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit 504 was not as nice as other units in BeachcrestCondo s that I have stayed in before. I wouldThink there would be a difference in rental price if the unit is not as nice. The unit has bare minimum of things (no hair dryers) but we made it Thur the week. On chair on the patio was torn but we didn’t need all four. If I stay in this Condo unit again I will not chose this unit.

The condo was nicely decorated but it was very musty and smelled like mold. There was mold on the ceiling by the air vents. The non-master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan and was hot

Great condo.

We liked this condo. Decorated beautifully. The lamp by the sofa needs work. It has the wrong shade on it, doesn't fit the lamp and hangs crooked. It turns itself off and on.. The top outlet by the kitchen table doesn't work, or the outlet behind the bed.
