~Butterfly Cottage~ Enjoy a hot tub, gourmet kitchen, and 2 king ensuites.

PROPERTY: Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or listen to the birds while gliding on the swing. Either way, you will acclimate to the Key West vibe in no time.

Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this beautifully renovated home is trimmed with a white picket fence and boasts solid surface floors and an open concept living room/kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or to snack around the large kitchen island with seating for four. Plenty of cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances round out the kitchen. The living room with TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable furnishings has seating for everyone. From here you may spill out onto the deck via the expansive glass doors. Once outside, you can chill in your private hot tub and wash your cares away.

Each bedroom is superbly furnished and includes an ensuite bath with glass walk in shower. The primary bedroom enjoys a unique ambiance provided by obscure lighting in the vaulted ceiling. The room is also flooded with natural light and adorned with plantation shutters, beautiful bedding, dresser, TV, closet, and bedside wall lighting. The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished and includes bedside wall lighting, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, and your own entrance to the deck. Vacationing in this home will prove to be enjoyable, relaxing, and have you wanting to come back before you even leave.

BED CONFIGURATION: Each king bedroom has an ensuite bath, bedside wall lighting and beautiful furnishings.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Private wrap around deck with hot tub and outdoor shower. Comfortable seating, an umbrella dining table with chairs and a gas grill are provided for your enjoyment. Your own washer/dryer is in the outdoor laundry closet.

PARKING: One on-site parking space is available for a small car. Please note this home is on a tiny, one-way lane.

LOCATION: Located on a quiet lane in Old Town, less than 2 blocks from Duval Street. From here you can walk to many of Key West’s attractions, shopping, restaurants, and bars. A short walk away is the stop for the Duval Loop (a free bus service) to assist you in getting around downtown.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly. Please browse our other pet friendly properties.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property. This includes the HOT TUB area.

Perfect location on the island. We were able to walk everywhere. Great to have a parking spot available at the house. Very clean. Adorable little cottage! Would 1000% stay here again.

Property was great! Quiet alley, walkable to everything. No closet in the 2nd bedroom was difficult for a full week but overall the cottage was beautiful and in a fantastic location.

The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples with both bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked. The back patio is set up for relaxing and grilling. Washer and dryer is easily accessible in the backyard as well as the hot tub tucked away in the side yard. The location is perfect for easy access to Duvall St. I highly recommend this property!

Very modern and clean home. We were two married couples and we wanted equal accommodations, so this was the best cottage for our desired needs. The process was effortless with constant necessary communication from the host. It is centrally located, accessible to Duval and other parts of Key West. Host arranged our golf cart rental for us so easily, that was a bonus amenity to this host. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because of time but we looked at it and it was well kept and very inviting to use! Rooms were stocked with every essential. We went in July and the place was kept very cool, we had to turn the AC down more to even out the cooling temperatures between the rooms. Because it was hot, we want to make other guests be mindful of your sweets in the trash because of ants. As long as you are responsible as you are in your own home, then you would keep the ants out as best as you can. The cleaners came right on time of checkout so they are very punctual. Overall would stay with this host and home again.

Beautiful property. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, convenient to Duval Street, and wonderful back patio area. Arrived early and the hosts stored our luggage and were warm and welcoming. We’ll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was well-appointed. It was beachy without being cheesy-beachy. They thought of everything and, even though we didn't have to use them, had umbrellas at the door. Really fantastic for two couples. Tucked away in a private alley where we were close to everything without being too noisy. Our mid-size car rental fit perfectly and even had room for a four-person golf cart in front of it. Great place. Thank you!

Great Place

From checking to check out everything was perfect! The cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great that both rooms had super comfy king size beds as we were 2 couples traveling. Would definitely stay again.
