Seaside Salina is a luxury beachfront 3 bed 2 bath ground floor condo with views to warm your sole all inside the security gate guarded community of Puerto Salina. Guests love the tranquility of the crashing waves and the fact that we have the best sandy beach for long walks and beach play. Your private patio walks out to the pristine infinity edge pool and has a private sand beach area with private beachfront VIP palapas for your enjoyment. Direct beach access with waves for riding in front and the calmer water of the marina channel to your left!

Wonderful

The guard/worker was most unwelcoming and hopefully won’t be there the next time we visit because we REALLY loved this place. The condo is beautiful and spacious with everything you need to have a great time. There’s miles of sandy beaches to walk on, and dolphins jumping over waves at sunset. Communication with the owner was great too. Can’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

Wonderful family vacation at Seaside Salina

This was a great place to stay with our family for the week. There are two gates to get through to park. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. Plenty of room in this condo for 6 people. We had the beach to ourselves, outside of the weekend days. The property is stocked up with all you need for cooking. We did have some issues with some of the appliances but Chuck resolved these promptly. Would love to come back in the future.

Summer break

Loves the location and security of this place. We have stayed at many Rosarito and Ensenada properties and with a family of 5 this is our favorite. Close enough to Ensenada and la mission to go out for the day and have dinner but the serine location and beach is amazing. My teenage kids got on the pool and the beach every day and had fun. Many places advertise a beach but is full of rocks. This beach is not crowded and a short walk from your patio. Will stay here again on the future!

Pros: excellent location, spacious, beautiful floors and tile work, filtered water on tap, first floor corner unit, very quiet. Cons: difficulty getting through security gate, lack of towels (2 bath towels/one hand towel/no face cloths in each bathroom} one faucet in master bath only provided hot water, stove needs deep cleaning, master bed mattress is old with two valleys, just needs an overall freshening up. We enjoyed our stay and would again after owner makes some updates.

Fantastic getaway spot

My family and I stayed at the Seaside Salina over a long holiday weekend and had the most fabulous time. We were attending a wedding nearby and since we weren’t familiar with the area, we were in constant communication with Chuck discussing the location, the proximity to where we needed to go, etc. Chuck was friendly, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had prior to booking. During our stay itself, Chuck was reachable whenever we had questions. My family found the condo gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. We have a young child and loved the easy access to the pool area, and how the beach was only a few feet further away. The beach was never crowded and felt private. We look forward to exploring the area in a future visit. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay at it again in the future!

Great Location - Amazing Beach - Pool Area Closed

Overall a great property & experience! The private beach is amazing, but the pool area was totally closed which we were not informed about, but the owner issued a partial refund to offset this inconvenience. We also had issues getting access to the property & parking area after several passcodes didn't work or weren't provided, but again great communication by the onsite & offsite property managers to get it resolved quickly. There very few restaurants and no full-size grocery stores near this property, also no alcohol sales before 10 AM, make sure to come prepared! Another thing we noticed - a good portion of Ensenada & Rosarito was shut down due to COVID-19 and the border crossing into the US took FOREVER!

Seaside Salina Quick Getaway

My family and I are very familiar with this area and usually stay at a couple of particular homes just up the road from Seaside Salina. I happy to report we know have a third option for accommodations in La Salina. I was very impressed with the location, cleanliness and amenities offered by Chuck who communicated early and often regarding our stay and ensured we had everything we needed for a safe and relaxing stay. The property is one of the best locations, secured by two different guard gates and active onsite management that ensured only guests had access to the private pool and beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and as with the rest of the home was very clean. We appreciated the personal touch left by Chuck and is a reflection of their commitment to helping us have a great time. Thank you Chuck for sharing your home with my family, we appreciate the small acts of kindness and we all had a wonderful time! Looking forward to our next stay. Respectfully, Gabriel

Absolute paradise!

This property is amazing! The unit is on the bottom floor on the corner. The pool was just outside the patio and the beach was just a few feet past that. We sat on the deck and watched the ocean every morning. It was very private so on the weekend when the beach got crowded, we had our own space to relax in the sand or by the pool and then could just walk down the stairs to the ocean and take a quick dip. The area was very secure with security 24 hours a day. We never felt unsafe at any time during our stay. We were close to some great restaurants and a large grocery store in Puerto Nuevo. The condo was so spacious and beautiful. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and plenty of space. The bathrooms were big with nice walk in showers. Our host Chuck was very attentive. I contacted him a couple of times and he responded right away. If we return to La Salina, we will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice. Well equipped, pretty well stocked kitchen. Most utensils available. Bathrooms were clean and nice, water must be very hard because lots of hard water spots. Sink plumbing fixtures were loose and wobbly. Mstr bathroom shower drains a little on the slow side. Bedrooms master bedroom needs a new mattress. Also master bedroom screen door was completely destroyed and sitting on the side of the building. Which was the biggest disappointment. I can’t hear the ocean that we paid extra for, if I can’t leave the door open. Please replace the mattress and get a screen door. Property outside is nice and very clean. But pool filtration does not seem to work on a normal schedule. Lots of chlorine to keep it clean but you can tell. Pool is not heated and is below optimal temperature. I’d guess mid sixties. The sun in that part of Baja barely comes out. So pool and spa both very cool water. Security checkpoint is not optimal. No good way to communicate to them where you are going on arrival. their English is not good and my Spanish is terrible. They let us through but it’s really just a formality. I was not able to locate the bbq. I also did not ask I just used the stove.

We got to the property and it was a little confusing to get in. The guards at the gate did no help at all they just said yeah come in as soon as you pass the guards there is a building but it’s not the first building you have to keep driving it’s the second building but we thought it was the first building and we were trying to go inside the building and the guards were not help at all they don’t even know what the buildings are named… so we were trying to go in but the code was not working… it turns out that there was another building you just had to keep driving a little further inside… we finally found the building and we tried to access our lobby key but the little lockboxes were soo confusing because they did not have the numbers on the lockbox so we had to try all the lock boxes to find our key…. It’s took us about 45 mins to get inside our rental… other than that it was a really nice place, cleans and it was big on the Inside…. The beach was also nice since it was walking distance… the jacuzzi was not working so that sucked because we wanted to enjoy some time in there but we couldn’t 😕 also the pools were kinda dirty and the manager told us that the pool cleaning guy was off…. But when we were checking out the Pool guy was cleaning the pool which sucked because it was too late since we were already checking out the rental… other than those little issues it was a great rental…. We will definitely be going back next summer

Me and my family had an enjoyable stay while being there for a couple of days. It has a pool you can spend a good time at as well as the option of walking down the steps to the beach. It has wonderful places to shop nearby and amazing restaurantes only a couple minutes away. The Condo was very clean and tidy with an amazing view of the océan from the main bedroom. One of the best places we stayed at.

Prefect Family Getaway

First about us: Wife and I, I'm mid 60's wife 60 this year. Daughter and husband, 2 teenage kids and 4 year old all from Los Angeles, CA. Stay 10 nights. Owner could not have been better at communication, either by Email or by cell phone. Answers to any questions provided very quickly! Unit is 3 bedrooms, master has walk in shower, separate toilet room, Jacuzzi for two. Bedroom has very comfortable king size bedroom and very good pillows and bedding. Plenty of towels in the unit as well as for the beach. Very large room with 2 chairs, large Chester drawers, large closet for an extended stay and 1 end tables. Sliding glass doors lead onto the front ocean facing from patio & able to open sliding glass door every night to hear the ocean about 100 yards away, very nice and relaxing. Second bedroom, queen size bed and decent size closet and Chester drawers. Front patio by way of sliding glass doors. Third bedroom, bunk beds, full lower and single upper, closet and Chester drawers. Open floor plan, very large kitchen and island that flows into living room. Living room with large screen TV and enough internet channels to keep the kids busy. Filtered water faucet at sink, double door refrigerator, enough cooking pots and pans and silverware etc. electric stove and oven, plenty of counter space and 6 seat dinning table, very nice furnishings. Internet is very good s our daughter had telly-comm with work which was very important and cell phones worked very well. Check with your cell phone provider about calling out from Mexico, calls in no problem depends on your plan. Unit is ground floor with direct access to pool area and beach. Pool is Ok for the size of the complex with 2 good sized Jacuzzi's (not heated while we were there due to COVID, but kids didn't care). No lounge chairs by the pool but the unit has a couple of folding beach chairs. There are several Palapas as part of the resort and a large one from entertaining on the sand. Good access to beach, beach is safe and shallow with mellow waves due to breakwaters for the kids, no worries there. No bar-b-que. We brought one but don't use it on patio as the ocean breeze would fill the unit with the smoke if you are dumb enough to try (as the neighbors in unit did next door), no problem with us using it on the side of the unit. Lighting around the grounds is very good and not obstructive easy to walk around pool area at night. Good security and never felt on unsafe. Can't leave anymore info.

Only 6 hours from our home and a must stay!!!

My husband, myself, our two kids(6 and 12), my bestfriend and her niece, stayed from the 29th -5th of July...The rental is beautiful....beautiful view, beautiful granite & stone throughout the condo and really, just a beautiful property...the entire time we visited La Salina, the weather was overcast with low fog(most days, we could barely see past the dock), windy, rainy and quite cold and grey...We had no idea since we checked the weather 4-5 days in advance and it didn't say anything other than sunny and warm...the caretakers, whom are amazing and so friendly, told us, normally, it's nice and sunny but a hurricane was landing further South which was affecting our weather there...Our children managed to not let the weather ruin the trip and swam in the ocean and the pool(the pool and the hot tub are not heated(we were told the hot tub used to be heated but it was broken and not fixed so it was incredibly cold the entire time) although, shivering and purple lipped, they would have loved to be able to "warm up" in the hot tub if it had worked...We understand that the hosts don't have anything to do with the weather, it just would have been nice to 'thaw' out after swimming since the weather didn't cooperate...the largest of the issues we had was: the refrigerator didn't cool anything...if we'd have known that, we would have put those perishables in the freezer that could go, and, not bought as much fruit and meat and milk as we did, as we lost almost all of it due to a barely functioning refrigerator...we spent over 400 dollars on groceries and lost most of it due to the fridge...I texted the host of the fridge and he replied back, his wife and him would be down, later in July for some enjoyment and to take care of maintenance items... we were hoping he offered to reimburse or ask if we'd lost anything,(I also didn't understand the depth of what we'd lost at that time or, I would have said something more drastic in the text and would have informed them right then how imperative it was, if I'd known but, my friend was the one who'd done all the cooking)there were a few other minor issues that did not impact our trip as much as the fridge and were more inconsequential compared to that...we're a family who loves to travel the world often and we're looking for a rental that can become a yearly vacation spot in Mexico for our family and, we're hoping we have just found it...We'll be back and hopefully, to better weather(fingers and toes crossed)

Excelent comunication, beautiful place and very easy access to private beach.

We had a great experiance, every detail in the property states the very good welcoming that the host extends, perfect ocean view, terrace access to pool in a few steps, and very easy access to the private beach. Host is very easy going and so attended that makes you feel so welcome at their property. Excelent choice to relax a few days with family!

I was born in Newport Beach's Hoag Hospital, (Dad said that I had a "Womb with a view"). I love outdoor activities and adventure. I am a licensed private pilot and in the early 2000's I took up Powered Paragliding. Baja California had the best conditions for this so I began coming down to fly the beaches in Baja and the world famous La Salina ridge. One day my buddy and I were flying along this stretch of beach that we considered the best when we noticed the footings going in at What is now Seaside Salina ~ Beachfront paradise, we landed on the site and each bought a ground floor unit pre-construction in 2005.
