Ground level located right across from the luxurious heated pool, heated spa, clubhouse, fitness center & golf course. Convenient location; minutes from the US-60 and the 202. 25 minutes to the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Close to many restaurants, Spring baseball Training , Waste Management Golf Tournament and Gila Arena Coyote Hockey. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops. Cozy private patio with propane BBQ. 35 minutes to Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway airports. Close to Mayo Clinic.
