The open great room floor plan has over 900 sf of combined indoor/outdoor living and dining space. You will also appreciate your inviting bedroom which includes an extra thick Eastern King bed, large armoire, a 28" flat screen TV, and French doors that open out to your private courtyard. From there enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or evening cocktails while appreciating views of the green grass and fruit trees (yours to pick in season). Your bedroom comes with your own private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. For added convenience the condo also comes with a second full size bathroom with combination bathtub/shower. Beautifully furnished, and close to covered parking, you will also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen stocked with plenty of all the kitchen gadgets you'll need, a 76" wall mounted flat screen TV in the living area, kitchen bar seating, and dining room table and chairs for four where you can relax and enjoy your indoor meals. Condo also comes with a stackable washer/dryer. Enjoy the beautiful, northeast facing green views of the grounds and while relaxing at the patio table with seating for four. Also enjoy the warm water in the large main pool heated to 83 degrees that comes with a spacious sundeck and whirlpool spa. Walk around the many gorgeous gardens that are impeccably maintained. Two additional sparkling blue community pools in addition to the main pool offer additional spas with plenty of space to swim, tan, snooze, or read. We enjoyed our stay very much at the Deauville! This is a great condo in a beautiful complex. Walkable to everything downtown which was awesome. The unit is updated and very well stocked for all your needs. Diane was great with communication during our stay and also had a very nice welcome basket for us upon arrival! Both check in and check out were seamless. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Well we tried to extend but it was already booked. Comfortable bed. Very well stocked with everything one could need. Quiet friendly neighbors. Beautiful singing from a bird about 30’ from deck where I meditated over my morning coffee every day. Glorious weather .

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo, which we rented in early 2025. The bed was luxurious and the entire place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and completely furnished. The Deauville grounds and especially the main heated pool and surrounding area were really lovely. The owners left us clear instructions and were always easy to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit overlooking a pretty lawn and lovely trees from the comfy patio furniture. Home away from home

Diane and Bon are excellent hosts. Their property was just like advertised, and even better! It was immaculately clean and had all the supplies you will ever need for month or even longer stay. Located in a walking distance to all the attractions and great restaurants. Condo complex has the biggest pool in PS, and two smaller ones, gym and tennis court. Rent it, you won’t be sorry! This was one of the best supplied condos I have ever been in and it is evident that Diane and Bob are great and generous hosts. The Deauville is also so convenient for walking as it is several blocks from the main action downtown. The grounds and pools are lovely and well maintained. You can’t go wrong renting this unit. Very well cared for condo and property in general. Very quiet area. Our hosts were the best communicators and we had no issues at all during our 1 month stay. The king bed and the "king" TV were the best. Kitchen well stocked with every thing we needed. So close to downtown. Pool, hot tub, tennis courts 10 second walk. Lovely patio area which was a little too cool to enjoy this trip due to cooler weather. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay at Lovely Deauville Condo

My wife and I stayed at this property for four weeks in December 2024. We found the condo to be very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts Diane and Bob were very easy to contact and were very helpful. The Deauville complex is very nice. It is well maintained, with lovely landscaping, a large fabulous pool and a well equipped workout room. It’s also extremely quiet. The Deauville is located just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the Palm Springs downtown area on Palm Canton. We usually just walked down to sight see, shop or eat at a restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!Ron and Barb C

Home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was honestly our favorite vrbo we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in a lot!) The couch and the bed are so comfortable and we loved having two bathrooms. The outdoor patio is spacious and is like having another room. I worked from the patio on most days and enjoyed a beautiful garden view. My parter hung by the pool most days. The pool is very well maintained and everyone is very friendly. The Deauville is a close walk to the main strip areas, but tucked away and makes for a nice relaxing stay. Just book this place, it's awesome and Diane is the sweetest host. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that we felt at home!

The unit is very quiet away from other people so the absence of blinds on the front doors wasnt an issue. Overall, it was all very well maintained. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. TV is huge with all facilities, and whilst huge sifa is great for having friends in, the dining area was a little cramped as a result. The kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent - everything worked perfectly and the unit was well stocked with household products. Whilst the bed is very comfortable it is very high up so might be difficult for anyone with physical limitations. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We rarely write reviews of the places we stay, but we were so impressed with the help Diane and Bob provided when we initially had problem with TV and Internet. The problem was solved within minutes, and after that the four weeks stay went without a hitch. We never stayed in a place wth which provided so many supplies for the whole duration of four weeks The complex is located within walking distance of major attractions, and the grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. all in all 5 ⭐️

Look no further!

Diane’s condo was the perfect place to spend a month in Palm Springs. The home is finely furnished and has the most equipped kitchen I’ve stayed in. Quiet. Patio with a grill. Clean!! Great complex within walking distance to town. The grounds are nicely landscaped with meandering walkways and a lovely very large pool. Communication is excellent. Altogether I’d say look no further- this Is it!

Ideal Downtown Palm Springs Experience

Just three blocks from downtown, the location was ideal for getting to know the city. The condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking in or barbequing. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. The bed is very comfy. The pools at this complex are great. It was a very enjoyable month! Highly recommend.

Wonderful condo

When we arrived, we were surprised at how well this condo looked (just like the pictures online), the supplies (that in the past, we had to purchase at other condos we have stayed) and the overall condition. It was a great location, near the convention center, the proximity to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. The owners were terrific and easy to contact. We just can't say enough good things about our stay and accommodations.

Why they chose this property

Conveniently located with a lovely view of the greenbelt with trees. Fruit on the trees is there for the picking when ripe. It is close to parking and is quiet. L shape sofa in the living room area is roomy and comfy. Unlike some units in the community there is no solid wall on the wide open patio blocking your view to the greenbelt and is one of the larger sized patios. Just relax and enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our condo offers you a lot of bang for your buck. It is furnished beautifully, we are told and the extra large 76" wall mounted television is amazing.. The bedroom features an upgraded extra thick mattress on an Eastern King bed and a second television. All towels are thick and cozy in both bathrooms. Kitchen is loaded with everything you'll need, and you'll have no problem finding just the right pots and pans should you be interested in cooking or baking. The outdoor patio area is roomy, with no solid wall that inhibits your view, so you can look out at lovely greenbelt. Fruit trees are loaded with grapefruit and lemons part of the year. (Guests are welcome to pick.) This is a very quiet location and is close to parking. We are happy to offer it to you for your vacation away from home. We know you'll love it. PLEASE NOTE: There is no outdoor cooker.
