Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking and common area washer and dryer. . There is NO FIREPLACE in this unit. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $260 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Family Vacation Success

We enjoyed our family vacation. We had a fun time playing the board games in the evening. The location was an easy walk to Gondola 1 and we were close to everything. Lee and the Property Management team were easy to work with and we thank them for helping with a couple special requests.

A great finding

We usually stay at Lionshead but this time we decided to switch to Vail Village as we needed a larger condo. The place is actually better than what the pictures show. Very comfortable, clean and well located (there’s some walking to do to the Gondola -8 minutes-but it’s ok. We were too spoiled when staying at Lionshead just in front of the gondola). Overall a great finding for us and I would definitely stay again. This is also the 4th time we rented from Vail Realty and it has always been great as they are consistently helpful, respectful and ready to help.

Not what we expected!!!

We were very disappointed to learn just days before our trip that the fireplace in this unit doesn’t work—something we only discovered when reviewing the fine print while answering questions for a family member. The listing includes photos of a fireplace, which was misleading, and we were never made aware it was non-functional when we booked in September.The fireplace was an important feature for us, especially for my wife who doesn’t ski and was looking forward to relaxing by it. I contacted Vail Realty to explain the situation and respectfully requested a refund—or at least 50%—but the property manager refused. Despite the detail being added later in the season, he insisted it had always been there.We don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case, the manager’s refusal to offer any accommodation felt completely unreasonable. Guests should be clearly informed upfront if key features like a fireplace are not available.Since a fireplace was important to us, we ended up booking another place nearby for slightly more. It was much bigger, had fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom, and was much nicer overall. My family and I will not be staying in any Vail Realty properties in the future.

The property, although dated, was satisfactory, clean and well equipped. The Primary Queen Mattress was badly coffee stained and no effort at remediation had been made. The gas fireplace does not work. Convenience of loaction excellent.

Good but not great

This is the best location for the price. We had a condo in Vail for years, but sold and then wanted to rent. We knew the location was great. This place has a horrible couch that slips apart in all directions when sitting. It didn't come with much to work within the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The curtain kept falling apart when opening the sliding door. No view of the mountain. If budget is a priority with an amazing location, I still think I'd come back.
