The Villa l'ensoleillée comprising 4 suites offers you the large suite of Orange trees with its kitchen, its large terrace, panoramic view, sea, mountains.
Autonomous suite located in a "Belle Epoque" villa, in the prettiest residential area of Menton in Garavan on the French Riviera.
It offers an exceptional panoramic view of the sea and the mountain, from Italy on its left to the old town of Menton on its right (see photos taken only in the property).

It offers a splendid terrace with table and sun loungers in a typical Menton garden.

Large bay windows allow the light to gently caress two 5-star king size beds. The large 60 m² suite is equipped with a large "orange" bedroom living room, with a very nice fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge area and tables and chairs for dining, but also a green bedroom with large cupboards, a pantry with dishwasher, washing machine freezer, and a superb bathroom with a breathtaking view of the blue waves of the Mediterranean.

Its location allows you to do everything on foot (250 m). Towel in hand by a private path typical of the beginning of the century, we reach the sandy beach of Sablettes and its entertainment, bars and restaurants, the market, the city center and its casino, the Biovès gardens and the museum.

Great apartment! Great location!

We’ve stayed at many places along the Riveria but this was definitely our favorite. Beautiful porch with a spectacular view with a short but steep walk to the beach and old town. Mia was very friendly and very helpful. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful rental

We were very pleased with the rental. It was exactly as shown on the description. The owner was very helpful, and the space was extremely clean. We loved the view and the close access to the old town and the beaches. We will def be back.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need. The view from the terrace is truly amazing, with beautiful vistas over the coastline and beach and ac. Within a 5 minute walk you can get into town or down to the beach. It's very easily accessible from either Menton train station and across to the mountains. The light throughout the day is astonishingly good

Toller Ausblick, gute Ausstattung

Wir haben unsere Woche in Menton sehr genossen Sehr nette Vermieter Leider gab es keine Garage wie in der Ausstattung beschrieben, nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz an der Straße. Wir mussten also das ganze Auto ausräumen und viele Treppen tragen Da wir auf einem Rundtrip waren war dieses Kriterium wichtig. Wir wollten Dinge im Auto liegen lassen können Zudem ist Menton sehr laut (Verkehr, Parties am Strand)

Hallo Wie in der Ankündigung angegeben, können Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt werden, müssen jedoch bei der Buchung angegeben werden, um sie zu reservieren. aber Sie haben den Parkplatz nicht reserviert. Außerdem sind Sie zwei Stunden zu früh angekommen und haben bei Ihrer Ankunft telefonisch nach einem Parkplatz gefragt. Wir bereiteten sofort den Parkplatz vor. Sie haben uns jedoch innerhalb von zwei Minuten gesagt, dass Sie auf der Straße parken, wo fast immer Platz ist, und dass es gut ist ... Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie auf diese Art von Problem gestoßen sind, ohne uns mehr darüber zu erzählen. Wir können nur kontrollieren und helfen, wenn wir über die Probleme informiert werden. Exactly what we were hoping for!

This property was fabulous. We enjoyed the beautiful view from inside and out of the apartment. We swam every day in the sea and ended up eating dinner on our patio all 5 nights of our stay. We realized we had the best view in town, and a well equipped kitchen, so why go out for dinner. Thank you Mia for the attention to detail you offer in this clean and modern apartment.

Herrlicher Blick auf die romantische Altstadt.

Zu zweit verbrachten wir eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser ruhigen Wohnung, die wunderbar gelegen ist. Die grosse Terrasse ist toll und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick auf die Bucht, das Meer und die Altstadt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Stunning home and views!

Incredibly clean and modern apartment, perfect location for restaurants and shopping, the beach is just minutes away. We enjoyed the spectacular sunrise/sunsets from the large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Erik/Mia are kind, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Parfait à tous points de vue

Mon fils et moi avons passé un séjour inoubliable et avons bien l’intention de revenir. La situation du logement est exceptionnelle et offre une vue magnifique .Un passage en contrebas de la propriété permet un accès rapide à la plage. Un intérieur moderne et doté de tous les équipements pour un grand confort notamment au niveau de la literie .Les propriétaires Mia et Erik sont discrets mais disponibles dès que nous avons besoin , ils nous ont accordé une grande confiance particulièrement appréciable de nos jours. Bravo à Erik pour son alcool de citron qu’il confectionne avec une grande passion.

un bonheur pour les yeux et la détente

Superbe suite très spacieuse, décorée avec goût, équipement haut de gamme, literie excellente. Située dans le vieux Menton offrant une immense terrase avec une vue panoramique sur le port de Menton et les plages des Sablettes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le propriétaire a été très attentif à nos besoins tout le long de notre séjour!

Endroit magnifique

Un bien être absolu, du très grand luxe, de grands volumes très bien meublés avec des couleurs top et des lits carrément trop confortables et énormes et une belle cuisine design. La terrasse privative est un havre de paix avec des vues d'azurs et tout le mobilier en teck pour prendre le soleil ou manger, Même l'accès au plages est magnifique, un chemin qui serpente exotique et vieille France. Les propriétaires sont accueillants . Pour ce voyage de 8 jours sur la côte d'azur cet endroit était le plus magnifique. Tout est 5 étoiles et plus.
