The Rockies in the summertime are amazing, with warm days and plenty of Colorado sunshine!! Come enjoy the best of what Winter Park has to offer and book this amazing home at Trademark, one of the Valley's most prestigious, gated communities. It is located 2 blocks from the base of Winter Park, where in the winter you will enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding and in the abundance of recreational activities including hiking, biking, golfing and rafting...just to name a few! After a long day of fun, relax in the hot tub just steps from your front door. The Fraser River Trailhead is a 2-minute walk from the entrance.

Upon entering, the first thing you will notice are the floor to ceiling windows that look out over the scenic Fraser River and the Winter Park ski area. This is what vacationing in the Colorado Rockies is all about. While sitting on the large, oversized deck you can listen to the river rushing by, and gaze at the slopes of Winter Park. NOTHING is more relaxing! Keep your eyes open for never know what might run by!

The gourmet kitchen features slab granite counter tops and cherry cabinets with plenty of room for cooking or just hanging out with friends and family. Amenities include a coffee maker and coffee grinder, toaster, crockpot, blender and hand mixer. The dining room table has seating for six; an additional four people can sit in barstools at the island.

The living room is complete with queen sleeper-sofa and loveseat, as well as a large leather chair and 50' Flatscreen HD-TV with WiFi DVD, and stereo.

The King master suite has a large walk-in closet and TV with built-in DVD player. The master bath has a walk-in shower with travertine marble, marble counter top, double sinks and cherry cabinets. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet.

The third bedroom features two twin over twin bunkbeds for the little ones, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink, marble counter top, cherry cabinets and a built-in blow dryer.

For your convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away in a closet in the hallway. An ironing board and iron are also provided. A charcoal grill is located on the deck.

The shuttle bus that takes you to the base of Winter Park or Downtown stops at the complex entrance. You will also enjoy the heated, one-car attached garage, with space in front for an additional vehicle.

Winter Park in the summer is the place to be, and this home at Trademark is where you want to stay for your next vacation experience!

We are on the second level with a key activated elevator. The key is available inside the condo.

The property was immaculate, well stocked and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The photographs do not do this property justice, the view is spectacular and the interior is spacious, well maintained, has great amenities, and very comfortable. The owner was prompt to respond to inquiries and all directions and instructions were simple to follow. The property was minutes (20 minutes being the longest) from all of our planned activities: horse back riding, canoeing, archery, alpine slide, zip lining, human maze, shopping, Winter Park Jazz festival. I have only praise for this rental and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Rental

Stayed at Brian's place Jan 27-30, 2017. It was wonderful! The condo itself is well furnished and comfortable. Amazing views. Well laid out and roomy. We had 8 adults and it was plenty of space. The kitchen is well supplied and we were able to make meals together if we didn't go out. There were plenty of blankets, linens, and heated tiled floors. It's a short drive from a grocery store and a 10min walk to the base of the slopes/Winterpark Village. Location is the #1 reason of why I rent something and I wasn't disappointed. I never waited for the shuttle with it being so close, but if you want to ride the shuttle there were three route options.

The house is also less than a block from the entrance to a really cool hiking trail. :)

Someone from our group used the hot tub and said it was great. Several people used the master bathroom tub which had jets!

Brian was super easy to work with and accommodating. Would definitely rent from him again. Most of the group was asking for his contact information so they could rent from him as well and bring back other family members. lol :)

The view was great and number of bedrooms and beds. Only thin good

The place was very dirty and needs some major TLC. I did 2 loads of towels when I got there as there were some in the dryer and a pile on the washer. Food containers were left in the fridge from the previous renters. I did not want to spoil our family trip but even wondered if sheets were clean based on the rest of the unit.

Owner's Response: Wendi, I'm very sorry this happened to you. We arrived the day after you left and after a cleaning and had the same experience. I sent pictures and detailed the lack of cleanliness to our property management firm and expressed concerns about our renters. Allegiant Management, our property management firm, said they were short staffed and their cleaning inspector was unexpectedly out of town. We're watching this closely and I hope this is an anomaly. I will be happy to reimburse you your cleaning fees. Please send your address to my email and I will do that. Again, my apologies. Brian.

Great location!, very nice Condo

We were two families with 5 kids total for a week of ski vacation. The condo was spacious, comfortable and very well furnished to fit the 9 of us. It has everything that is needed to spend a very nice holiday. everything is very clean and well maintained. There is a shuttle to the lifts, however it doesn't pass by too often so most of the times we preferred walking which is also very nice and not too long (10 minute walk)

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This is the best equipped condo we have stayed in. The views are beautiful. The kitchen is well designed and beautiful with everything you could want and need. We had two families...10 people and never felt crowded. Brian was very gracious and easy to deal with. Our two families were both very happy with our trip and plan to call Brian again for our next multi-family trip.

Beautiful bike trail from condo to downtown Winter Park. It's paved with nature displays and benches along the way. Excellent fishing in beaver ponds and wildlife viewing.
