Vår lyxiga stadsbostad ligger i det exklusiva samhället i Lakota, i underavdelningen Antlers, tvärs över från Winter Park Ski Resort. Utsikten är ovärderliga och är bland de finaste i Winter Park. Detta fantastiska stadshus erbjuder allt du behöver för en perfekt bergsresa.

Stadshuset är cirka 1800 kvadratmeter, tre sovrum, två och en halv bad, och sover åtta personer / två familjer bekvämt. Det finns en stor privat badtunna som ligger utanför på det nedre däck som har utsikt över Winter Park och Mary Jane Ski Mountains. Enheten är belägen i en cul-de-sac så det blir minimal trafik och en längre uppfart för extra gästparkering.

Alla skiffer, strålande golvvärme omfattar första våningen. Ett uppvärmt, bifogat garage finns för din bekvämlighet. Vårt hem är bara två tiondelar av en mil från Winter Park "Park and Ride" (2 gratis parkeringsplatser) där en gratis buss tar dig till skidbasen eller staden. Eller så kan du köra cirka 1 mil till basen och parkera i en av flera partier.

* Nytt för Lakota grannskapet för skidsäsongen '16 / '17: Den offentliga grönbusslinjen kommer nu att erbjuda GRATIS busslinje till Winter Park-basen på helger och helgdagar. Fråga om den tillgängliga spårningsappen.

Enheten är indelad i tre nivåer. Ingångsnivån består av vardagsrummet med en gasjournal, sten spis och hisnande utsikt över skidberget. Det fullt utrustade gourmetkök och matplats finns också på huvudnivån. Ingen kostnad sparades; högt välvda tak, timmerstång, 60 "HD Smart TV och bänkskivor av granitplatta är bara några av lyxerna. Det utökade däcket utanför köket är utrustat med en naturgasgrill och utemöbler.

Den övre nivån är tillägnad en rymlig master-svit med en underbar king size-säng, väggmonterad 48 "HD Smart TV och klädkammare. Ett privat badrum med badrum är utrustat med en jacuzzi master badkar, tumlade bänkskivor i marmor, hans-och-hennes handfat och helkaklat master dusch.

Den lägre nivån har två sovrum. Den nedre sviten erbjuder en lyxig queen size-säng och 42 "HD Smart TV. Det andra stora sovrummet har två uppsättningar med två våningssängar, för att rymma fyra personer, 55 "HD Smart TV och ett privat däck komplett med en åtta personer badtunna! Den lägre nivån har även en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek och ett badrum med stor duschkabin.

Cozy Christmas

This home is so cozy, has unbelievable views and is in the best location! It was about four minutes to the ski lifts and about eight minutes to town! It was the perfect setup for our family of four! We loved the special touch of all the Christmas decorations and the owners are unbelievably kind. Highly recommend this house!

Good place to stay.

Great property 15 minute walk to the slopes. Decorated for Christmas, a nice touch!Only complaint is bunk beds are a little short for full size male adults.

Summer 2024 in Winter Park

Property offered spectacular views of Winter Park ski slopes and easy access to ski resort shops, restaurants and town of Fraser. Main level is small and can be tight with multiple people moving about among oversized furnishings. Patio is good size with nice BBQ and very active Hummingbird feeder. Kitchen area well stocked with utensils, etc but drawers were full of 'junk' and unnecessary miscellaneous clutter. Cabinet surfaces and stove top and were covered with dust and grease. Laundry facilities downstairs with only 4 Tidepods available and no bleach or dryer sheets. Nice sized master bedroom and bath area with walk-in closet but ceiling literally coated with dust. Overall worth the price paid and owners very nice but might want to consider a different management/maintenance company? versizedfurnishings

Clean, Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautiful and perfect for our needs. The hosts were amazing. They were excellent at communicating with us and helping us with anything we needed. The location is so convenient to the village and the town of Winter Park and Frasier. We loved hanging out on the balcony with the hummingbirds. We also saw a deer and fox while we were out there. It's a little bit noisy from US 40 but because of all of the other great things about the house and location, it didn't bother us. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Fantastic property, good location

Our family had a wonderful stay here over spring break and enjoyed near-perfect skiing conditions at Winter Park Resort. The condo is everything you would want for a trip like this -- it's warm and very comfortable, with hot tub, wifi and well-stocked kitchen. The owners are very accessible if there's anything you need. If there's any downside, it's the logistics of getting to and from the mountain. The free Winter Park "Green Line" bus picks up about 200 yards away, which can be a long walk when you're exhausted from a day of skiing and lugging all your gear. Worse though, the bus runs about every 30 minutes, and the route each way takes about 10-20 minutes. Which means, if you barely miss a bus, the trip could take about an hour. But hey, at least it's free.

Excellent Property; Well located; Well equipped; Convenient

The property is excellent and we would stay there again. Everything worked (TV, coffee maker, hot tub, etc.); property was well equiped and quite convenient to the gondola (a very short drive to the drop off point). The Master Suite upstairs is private and well separated from guests in an inviting and well lit basement. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

Wonderful views and well stocked kitchen

The views were outstanding and we enjoyed being able to cook our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I did not have to use any of the pantry items I normally travel with, with the exception of a dish towel. The townhome was a perfect location for our day hikes and I would definitely stay here again. A special thanks to the hosts for their quick responses to my questions! Only negatives: A deep clean should be done under the couches/dressers/etc - my son's dog sniffed out a pill bottle and old baby treats, which we promptly threw away. There were also issues with the TVs initially, but persistent rebooting and power cycling corrected this problem.

Beautiful townhouse in a great location!

This property is clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It is well equipped to stay in, if needed. We were surprised to see more amenities/supplies than we expected. It’s in a great location, close to the Winter Park Ski Area. The owners were very responsive. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable time. We’ll definitely look for this property again when we return to Winter Park.

Well stocked, Excellent Lakota Location

One of the best stocked kitchens in a rental. Loved use of the spices, dry goods and condiments. Waffle iron, griddle pan, and dual coffee maker all pluses. Plenty of space for family of 5. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood across the streer from Winter Park Resort. Able to see slopes from your living room views.

Winter ski trip!

The condo was perfect for our family and friends ski vacation to WinterPark. The owners Kevin and Troye were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire booking process. The condo had so many great features - hot tub, full kitchen, clean, spectacular views and so much more. Would highly recommend!

As promised, great place!

As shown the townhome is very clean, well maintained and a very comfortable place for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen, outdoor grill and hot tub allowed us to enjoy family time after days skiing. Owner communication was perfect. We will return to 505 !! The Green Line shuttle down the street was very convenient too.

For years we have driven past Lakota and I ve said , that’s where we need to stay as we drove into town or Fraser. Man, was I right… Being able to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while looking out the wall of windows facing directly at the ski area. Super convenient, dog friendly and your own garage are just a few of the other things that really made our stay just perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen and those heated floors….we will be back.

Great Location - Great Owner

This property was so charming and lodge feeling. We loved the decor and the proximity to the ski village was awesome. You do have to cross a main highway at the bottom of the hill, but there is a pedestrian walk across at the light. The place is well stocked, especially the kitchen. Don't buy any spices or oils!! It was so easy to cook there. The owner is avail via text or phone call at anytime. We conversed several times throughout our stay with me asking questions about the area, etc. Very responsive and super friendly. The hot tub is the nicest I have ever been in. Well maintained, crystal clean and huge. We used it daily. Also, good service on it - as we were there 1 week and it was serviced mid way through. The beds were comfortable, and the master upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs worked nicely for families. If I could find any critique it would be the windows need help. We were there summer and constantly wanted them opened during day and closed at night (at least on ground floor). This wasn't easy since most handles/cranks are broken - but the owner is on it and knows it's an inconvenience and I would guess they will be fixed by the next time we stay here. Yes, we would definitely return. It was a great experience on the end of a cul-de-sac and so very nice. Loved the garage. The back deck does overlook a highway (well, trees buffer the physical appearance), but you do hear the sound. Again, slight inconvenience, but certainly not a deal breaker. Too many other great features to focus on that. Super experience - we will be back! Thanks Troye!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful time in Winter Park. The townhome is located in a nice community and was very comfortable. The vrbo pictures are representative. The location is perfect too, just outside of town and a short drive to many hiking trails to the north and south. We prepared our morning and evening meals at the property which had all the conveniences of home. The owners were very friendly and promptly returned phone calls, text, and emails.

We are a Texas family who over the years have visited many mountain resorts in the US and Canada. We love Winter Park for its small town feel, casual atmosphere, friendly people and its proximity to Denver International Airport. The skiing is awesome and the summers are a great escape from the brutal Texas heat and humidity. We came to the realization that Winter Park was the perfect place for us.
