Our luxury townhome is located in the exclusive community of Lakota, in the Antlers sub-division, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. The views are priceless and are among the finest in Winter Park. This fabulous town home offers everything you need for a perfect mountain retreat.

The townhome is approximately 1800 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, and sleeps eight people/two families comfortably. There is a large private hot tub situated outside on the lower deck which overlooks the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Mountains. The unit is located on a cul-de-sac so there will be minimal traffic and a longer driveway for extra guest parking.

All slate, radiant floor heating encompass the first floor. A heated, attached garage is available for your convenience. Our home is just two-tenths of a mile from the Winter Park 'Park and Ride' (2 free parking lots) where a free shuttle will take you to the ski base or town. Or, you can drive about 1 total mile to the base and park in one of several lots.

* New for the Lakota Neighborhood for the '16/'17 ski season: The public Green Bus line will now provide FREE bus service to the Winter Park base on weekends and holidays. Please inquire about the available tracking app.

The unit is divided into three levels. The entry level is comprised of the living area with a gas log, stone fireplace, and breathtaking views of the ski mountain. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area are also located on the main level. No expense was spared; high vaulted ceilings, log pole accents, 60" HD Smart TV and granite slab counter tops are just a few of the luxuries. The extended deck off the kitchen is equipped with a natural gas grill and outdoor dining furniture.

The upper level is dedicated to a spacious master suite with a gorgeous king-sized bed, wall mounted 48" HD Smart TV, and walk-in closet. A private en suite bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi master tub, tumbled marble countertops, his-and-hers sinks, and fully tiled master shower.

The lower level has two bedrooms. The lower suite offers a luxury queen-size bed and 42" HD Smart TV. The second large bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds, to accommodate four people, 55" HD Smart TV and a private deck complete with an eight-person hot tub! The lower level also has a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well.

If you are looking for the ultimate Winter Park experience, it really does not get any better than this!

Why Troye and Kevin chose Winter Park

We are a Texas family who over the years have visited many mountain resorts in the US and Canada. We love Winter Park for its small town feel, casual atmosphere, friendly people and its proximity to Denver International Airport. The skiing is awesome and the summers are a great escape from the brutal Texas heat and humidity. We came to the realization that Winter Park was the perfect place for us.

What makes this townhome unique

WInter Park is conveniently located just 1.5 hours from Denver International Airport, but when you get here you are a million miles from anywhere.

Great location...updated condo

We loved the proximity to everything in winter park. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen had anything and everything you would need for your stay. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean, and all the furniture was top notch. Loved the patio outside with all the hummingbirds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location and property!

My daughter, wife and I vacationed in late February to Winter Park for the first time. The town was great but we truly enjoyed staying at Troye and Kevin's town home! Spectacular views and a cozy home. Our daughter is 18 months and everything we needed for her was already there: they had a highchair, pack 'n play, and enough toddler toys to keep her busy for hours. Not having to travel with those items was a huge benefit for us and we'd highly suggest this place for anybody with (or without) kids.

Loved every minute of our week in Winter Park. Perfect honeymoon. Perfect place to stay - close to everything, great kitchen so we didn't have to always eat out, super convenient having a garage & amazing hot tub!
