Just outside, accessible via a sliding glass door off the living room, there is a private, furnished patio with a gas grill that overlooks the nearby lagoon. Awesome property!!!

Property is very nicely decorated and has all the bells & whistles for a comfortable stay. The area is conveniently close to restaurants and beaches, plus a tranquil lagoon sits in plain view from the patio. We loved our stay and would definitely vacation there again!

Perfect Location and Villa

This 2 BR villa was outstanding. We celebrated our 40th Anniversary at Palmetto Dunes (where we spent our Honeymoon). The villa was clean, sunny, well equipped, open, and in a quiet location. The homeowners and the management team maintain this property in immaculate condition. Everything was functional with everything we needed for our stay.

It was a wonderful home away from home. The kids enjoyed two pools and we loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. Watched the wildlife around the area and enjoyed the sunsets. I would stay here again definitely!!

Wonderful apartment!!!

This location is our very favorite thus far in Palmetto Dunes! Everything was just great . Check in at PD would have been more convenient, that is the only down side I can think of. Hope to be back next year !!

Great communication from Vacasa, useful advice on nearby restaurants and clear directions about HOA rules. Comfortable home in a safe community a half mile from a beautiful beach. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and blankets but beds are on the comfy side. Would return in a minute!

Over-all great!

This units interior is well cared for and clean thoroughly. The only additions that would be nice would be beach towels. However the exterior porch area had not been attended to in some time and was not really usable without a blower to remove the debris. The pool is very close and well maintained. Beach parking is scarce so take the shuttle. Air conditioning was great. WiFi never could get to work and the tv is a little complicated. Over-all would stay again.

Everything you need and then some

The home is well situated in a quiet part of Palmetto dunes. The pool is steps away, and the view from the deck is relaxing and shaded. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking with nice appliances. The seating throughout the home is very comfortable as are the beds. Inside the home everything was spotless. You are close to everything including a moderate walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and other activities we loved our stay and we would stay there again. Thank you Vacasa for help when needed and for easy instructions and for the host for a lovely property. Fantastic value.

Almost perfect!

The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the neighborhood. It was too far to walk to the beach so we drove. The nice thing is that there was always a parking spot if come before 10 am. We were not impressed by the pool, it was small and dirty. I think that the dish soap and the sponge should be placed in the kitchen along with the hand soap in the main bedroom. Other than that, it was an enjoyable time!

really nice!

My family enjoyed staying in this unite. It was clean and not far from the little corner store, bike rentals, and the beach was easy to get to by bike or car. I loved all the night lights. I always have to bring my own and did not have to for this trip. There are two different coffee makers. One drip and the other a keurig. The washer and dryer work well and garbage take out is right at the side door. Super easy! The only thing that did not seem to work was the code to the pool bathroom. It was not a big deal because the unit is pretty close. Thank you!

Summer getaway

My family just finished a week stay in this beautifully cared for vacation home. We enjoyed watching the alligators in the lagoon, had a short walk to the pool and did family bike rides in beautifully Palmetto Dunes. We have stayed in the complex many times but this was our first stay in queens Grant. The condo was very clean,well furnished and had all the supplies we needed to cook and grill. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. I would recommend this condo to a family looking to stay close to the beach at a reasonable price point. We did have to drive to the dunes house to get to the Beach, parking was limited however I was able to take the car back to condo after dropping off our things and bike back to the beach. They have a dunes shuttle which we didn't utilize but seemed great. Overall we had a wonderful experience. My 9 year old ranked the trip a 20/10 and I have to agree! We will definitely be back!

Well Equipped Updated Villa

Very nice villa! New floors and updated. Well equipped kitchen, nice furniture, plenty of storage as well as having books and games. Large relacking deck overlooking the lagoon. Close to beach, restaurants, etc. Would rent again.

Pleasant condo, pleasant stay

Very nice decor, clean, and quiet. A bit off the beach but the serene pond with fountain (and alligator!) add to the experience. Master bath a bit small, but clean and useful. Well supplied with kitchen gadgets, games, puzzles, and beach things if you are so inclined.
