Welcome to 724 Queen's Grant, your relaxing vacation retreat nestled within Palmetto Dunes Resort. Just a short, scenic walk to the beach, our private villa is perfect for a family or couples. You will have private access to miles of beautiful beaches, three award winning golf courses, tennis center and community pool. The active vacationer will enjoy kayaking in the 11 mile saltwater lagoon and biking along the many leisure paths that wind throughout the community and beyond.

Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has comfortable furnishings throughout, so you can enjoy a cozy and restful stay. As you step into the villa, you are greeted by wood floors, airy cathedral ceiling and a spacious floor plan. The living area includes a flat screen smart TV and access to a private patio perfect for grilling out or enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen features ceramic floors and countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The main bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a double and twin bed, flat screen TV and hall bathroom with shower.

Our villa is a short walk away from Alexander's Restaurant and the General Store, if you need to pick up a few snacks and supplies. Bicycle and kayak rentals are also nearby at Hilton Head Outfitters. Walk, ride or take the complimentary Dunes Buggy shuttle to Shelter Cove and explore a multitude of dining and shopping options.

My family had a wonderful time at Palmetto Dunes. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds werw very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed a number of vacations in Palmetto dunes. They provided transport to the beach which is very convenient. The property manager was great and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Thank you so much!!

This might be our new favorite place on HHI! We had a fantastic time in this villa. Everything was incredibly clean and supplies were plentiful. Beds were nice and comfortable. Winter Getaway

Nice and Quiet

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to spend a few days in HHI. Just enough space for us to spread out and relax. The local contact was in communication with us on our day of arrival and had the unit available upon our arrival.The owner was responsive to my couple of questions when I was booking. Overall, a very easy process from booking to staying.

This was a fabulous cottage. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet and a close walk to pickleball and the general store. Communication with the property manager and the owner was excellent. We will stay there again.

Great stay in Queens Grant!

Wonderful stay for a family of 4. Really appreciated the back porch for bikes and rinse off. A quick ride to the general store, Dunes House and beach. Access to beautiful Palmetto Dunes and close to Sheltors Cove with grocery, shops and bites.

Excellent Property - Great Value!!

The property was exactly as described! The beds were comfortable and the A/C was great despite the mid-90s weather we had at HHI. We used the Dune Buggy most days and it was so nice and convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at 724 Queen’s Grant and it didn’t disappoint. We love the space the unit offers and ease of use of Palmetto Dunes. Property manager, Julia, is very responsive and easy to contact. Hoping to make a third visit in 2024.

Beautiful, clean, quiet property.

Walking into the unit was like a dream, it is stunning & so clean. Speaking with the property manager was easy, she offered help with whatever we needed & was very understanding to my silly questions(I've never used a soundbar). We will definitely be returning here for our next HHI trip.

Fantastic Beach Trip

We just got back from a week long stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and more - upgraded appliances and very nicely appointed. Okay stay

The property was okay. The beach was about a 1.5 mile walk. A shuttle bus was offered but not ideal after a long day at the beach due to the long wait and crowded sweaty bus. Parking at night was a bit of a challenge due to limited spaces. The walkway to the property floods when it rained. The owner was very helpful. Okay stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is amazing, and the condo is decorated beautifully! Kitchen is well-stocked they even had a steam pot (being from MD that’s a necessity for seafood). The only reason I didn’t rate a 5 on cleanliness is carpet was not vacuumed upon check-in. Luckily there was a vacuum and I did it myself.

We had a great time in Hilton Head, location of our unit was perfect home was very nice and clean . I feel this unit needs to be updated master bath felt crowded wish bathroom door was pocket door would give a lot more, master bed should have box spring to help with comfort, and carpet needs to be removed too much sand in bedroom’s carpet but those are my hang ups. Otherwise had every thing we needed

Wonderful Stay at 724 Queens Grant

We had a wonderful experience staying at 724 Queens Grant. We traveled with my wife and two young kids 9 and 6. The Villa was perfect and only a short walk to the beach. I was super impressed with the cleanliness and obvious attention to detail in providing a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. This is a weird observation, but I love to grill and when on vacation it’s important that it’s not a dirty grill. Even the grill was clean and ready to cook. I could go on, but would 100% recommend this place to family and friends. We will definitely be back!
