Wonderful Condo

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, very nice with beautiful view off balcony. The location was great and well and very quiet even though people were staying all around us. Our 4 year old loved sitting on the balcony and just watching the waves. We will definitely stay again if when we come back to orange beach!

Perfect location and low volume condo!

The property is in the perfect location, right next to the jettie/pass so you can watch all the boats come and go! Check in/out process was done all through text so very simple, only thing we had to do at the front desk is get our parking permit. The condo was very clean and since its a smaller complex there were much less people around so less waiting on an elevator. Thank you for the great stay!

Answer the Doorbell

Beautiful condo, with hight end touches, clean & well kept. Only advice I would give is on the last day check out is at 10am, doorbell rings at 9am sharp. I was just finishing a shower after packing everything for the ride home. My wife was on the balcony watching the views of the Beach so she couldn't hear the doorbell rings. I was trying to get to the door when the cleaning service had unlocked it and was stepping in about a foot because I didn't get to it in time, so I guess they thought we were gone. She said she was sorry & left, now it's about 9: 35 & we are on the elevator ready to leave in plenty of time. Two things: they could have walk in and took anything they wanted (I'm sure they are honest people) with me in the shower & my wife outside not knowing anything was going on. The other is we could text VRBO or the Manager to say we have left the room. So this would have never happened. Unnerving thing is, that they have the code & can come in before our time is up. We are planning on staying here again but will be careful when it's getting close to time to leave. Still a great place to stay!

Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, nice condo unit. Love the ocean front!

Great condo for a couple or small family

My husband and I booked here for our five year anniversary. It was the perfect size for us and a really nice experience. It was clean except for the floors but I feel those are impossible to get clean at the beach lol. The front desk people and security officer are super friendly. One of the best parts is that it’s so close to the beach. It’s only four floors up so no long waits for the elevator and the beach is close by. The balcony is great and the balcony and unit have great and comfy furniture. The only reason I gave four stars is I was somehow overbooked and overcharged due to some booking glitch. They refunded me so I’m happy. There were also a few issues that we had such as a cracking/pinching toilet seat and the ac not working when we arrived. They were both handled by the front desk. Overall a nice trip! We would stay again.
