The views from the balcony are tough to beat at this gulf-front condo in Tidewater Beach Resort, beautifully situated on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including the bunk area that’s perfect for children, and the resort grounds offer such wonderful amenities as free seasonal beach service, multiple pools and hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a sauna and steam room, an arcade, and a movie theater.

There are several dining options within a few steps, including Waves Bar & Grill on-site and Marco’s Pizza and Oishi Thai & Sushi Bar right across the road. Grab a coffee from Starbucks downstairs and head off to explore Pier Park (three-quarters of a mile east), where you'll find 124 stores, a variety of restaurants and eateries, an IMAX theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and much more. Gulf World is one mile east, Shipwreck Island is three miles beyond, and downtown Panama City Beach - the home of ZooWorld, WonderWorks, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf - is six miles east.

Get what you pay for

Checking in was great the lady at the front desk, I think her name was Shantel, was super nice and helpful! When we first entered the condo it looked clean and very nice. However after a few hrs we realized the bottom of our feet and socks we black. I don't know if they even moped the floors. The queen bed felt like me and my husband we going to roll into each other in the center. They definitely need a new mattress. I would not recommend going to the restaurant on site. The food was horrible. It was like everything was frozen and just heated in the microwave. The beach attendants were pretty rude to me also when i told them were should have beach chairs included with our room they caught an attitude. Like it was our fault they were free. It's true you get what you pay for. I would probably pay the extra money and stay somewhere else next time.
