- Assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. (There is no overflow parking)
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
