Nice stay... clean house

I booked this spot for a spring break trip and it was in a good spot ..not far from all the attractions in San Antonio...if I was gonna say one thing was off was it's located right on the end of the street so the daily traffic is a bit annoying at night but other than that everything was great!

Great stay!

The home was very nice, cozy, and clean. There was plenty of room wih two full bathrooms which is a plus when there is six of us. The location was great with short distance to fast food restaurants and a HEB. Fiesta Texas is only 20 min away. We will definitely be staying again in the future :)

Short trip to San Antonio

The property looked the same as advertised. It was located near a lot of local businesses and was easy to get around in the area. It was not too far to most locations in San Antonio. I loved the fact it had three bedrooms. The house had a lot of room and fit our needs perfectly. I would stay at the propety again if I get back to San Antonio.

BMT Graduation

Perfect for the 2 of us to attend graduation. Had a delayed flight and trouble with the lock, which was my issue. Tony answered right away and clarified it. He was so easy to talk to and the house was close to base.

A/C problems the entire stay

Owner told us he would have the a/c fixed the next day but it was never fixed during our stay. We sweated each night we stayed there because it was so hot!

The month of July 2022 was exceptionally hot, The weather report was over 100° Fahrenheit, specially from July 14 through the 18th during Mr. Cleckley stay, Immediately that I was notified that the AC thermostat was changing by itself, I stoped by and adjusted it to a cooler temperature, I called the AC Technitian to stop by ASP, he said that he would do it the next day, but there was so much demand for the technicians he could not make it which was the last day of Mr. Cleckley stay. I promised him that for the confort of future guests I would take care of the problem, and so I did, even though there was nothing wrong with the Central AC, I proceeded to install an extra AC unit, I haven’t have any more complaints. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

We needed a house in San Antonio kind of last minute for our large family. Tony was very accommodating in having everything ready for us. They even had water and snacks for the kids which was much appreciated! Thank you Tony! P.S. The door lock was very simple to use, which I don't see mentioned in reviews very often. However, if you've ever shown up to a property and had trouble getting in, you know the frustration of having to call right away.
