Spring Break Snowboarding

The condo was comfortable. Had all the basic needs. In a quiet and convenient location. The beds are very comfortable Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Dirty countertops, the refrigerator & freezer were very dirty. The downstairs shower had shampoo drippings on the shower door. The dishwasher was full of dishes not sure if they were dirty or clean.

The size of the unit. The beds were so comfortable. All the kitchen set up and fridge! Couldn't figure out fireplace but would be awesome feature. The auto light outside unit door was so nice. Everything was just so spacious and co.fortable. We would love to return to same unit .

Quaint little Condo

The condo was prefect for our family of 4. The loft bed was extremely comfortable. We could have used more bath towels but we made due. Checkout instructions were to wash the dishes in the dishwasher but I couldn’t get it to work. Also if you plan on using the laundry facilities, bring plenty of quarters. We only had enough for 1 load and when we tried to get more in town no one would give us change. But overall nice place!

It was fairly updated and in a good location. Was dirty though. There was what looked like dried-on egg and jelly spots on the kitchen countertops, a used makeup concealer stick that wasn’t mine, a toothpick (I don’t know if it had been used or not - gross!) The floors were dirty, I couldn’t walk with bare feet and had to wear shoes. There were 2 washcloths in the entire condo when I checked in on Sunday for a 1-week stay. I contacted Vacasa twice about this and finally received more washcloths on Thursday. The place needs a deep clean.

We had a lovely time in Pagosa Springs and enjoyed staying in Aspen Loft! The spacious Master Bedroom loft upstairs, with two sinks (one in bathroom and one in the bedroom), and a nice working desk area, was very comfortable. The living area was also very comfortable, with two comfy couches. We enjoyed eating meals out on the nice balcony (second floor) loving the beautiful mountain views and lovely golf course views. The kitchen could have been better stocked with drinking glasses (easy fix), and the stairs require shoes or slippers due to the way they are constructed. But other than those issues, we thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Aspen Loft, and think you will too!

Wonderful properly

Two is us stayed at this property for three nights and found the place to be perfect. The bed upstairs was comfortable, the place was clean and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the view from the patio. The location is walking distance to restaurants and very short drive to the hot springs.

Superb! Aspen Loft today and tomorrow

We stayed five full days at Aspen Loft and we couldn't have stayed at a better place. We slept four adults very comfortably, with a good eating area and kitchen. Air conditioning made it comfortable during midday. Early morning on the deck with coffee was a must to see the hot air balloons come and go and the geese on the golf course, and of course the mountains. Loved it.

The perfect getaway!

This was such a perfect Summer getaway from our south Texas heat! There is so much to do in Pagosa Springs and so many activities close to the condo. The place is equipped with everything you need without the clutter that you don’t. We cooked most every meal in the condo and found everything we needed. Nice market right down the road for all our groceries. Loved the view too. Plenty of room for all our gear and sleeping space for the kids. Great drawers and closets, bathroom/sink space, lots of nearby activities including hiking, hot springs, downtown shopping, and a number of good fishing spots. I’m sure it is equally beautiful in the winter. Can’t wait to go back!
