Pierrette et Marc seront heureux de vous accueillir et vous souhaitent la bienvenue à LA PERLITA.
Votre logement est dans une impasse au calme à moins de 5 min a pied de la plage et à 3 min du centre de JACO avec tous commerces, bars et restaurants.
Vous serez logés dans un studio avec une cuisine équipée, un grand lit et un lit simple, une salle de bain indépendante et une petite terrasse qui vous permettra de prendre vos repas à l'extérieur si vous le souhaitez.
Vous pourrez également vous relaxer dans la piscine en admirant les Colibris, papillons et autres oiseaux qui viennent dans le jardin
En fonction des disponibilités et sur réservation il est possible de venir vous accueillir à l'aéroport de SAN JOSE pour 95$ et pour toutes autres demandes vous pouvez nous consulter.

Jaco stay

Guests were very nice & met us at the gate for access. We liked our room but the toaster oven was hard to use as all the indicators were gone. Outdoor area, garden & pool was beautiful. Area felt very safe.

La Perlita

The owners were amazing! Marc picked us up at the airport and Pierette met us at the gate. They never stop working! Excellent breakfasts every morning, immaculate pool and beautiful grounds. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved this property! Marc and Perlitta we’re wonderful. We spoke no French they spoke no English…. So we had to go out to find out things! But find out we did! Loved being picked up at the airport and taken to Puntarenas! Marc knew where he was going! Loved the distance to everything!

Cute and Comfortable hidden gem

We only stayed one night at this property but it was such a nice resting spot. The Perlita was very clean and cozy. The location was off the beaten path but very close to the main life of Jaco. You dont hear the noise of the main street at thr property. The rooms were super cute and clean. There was space for your items and a stocked kitchenette. They even had some drinks in the fridge for purchase which is nice to have on hand if you don't want to leave. The host was super nice and made contact and provided info in advance. Pierette was so sweet and gave us great advice on how to get to the beach and for the best restaurants. Unfortunately we did not get to stay long but did enjoy the pool even though it rained on us. Pura Vida! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Jaco and would recommend this location and these hosts.

Great deal

We stayed here our first night in Costa Rica since our flight arrived at SJO in the afternoon and we wanted to break up our drive to Drake Bay. Cute place, great for a couple. Nice pool. Air conditioner worked great. Well furnished. Pierette and Marc were great hosts. Pierette met us at the gate upon arrival and showed us where to parked behind a locked gate. Felt safe here, we walked to town (Jaco) which only took a few mins. Pierette offered us a poolside breakfast for $7 per person, we took her up on the offer and were very pleased (eggs, fresh bread, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, coffee, and orange juice). The host speaks French as a primary language (and I believe Spanish as well) and just a little English so we communicated best using a translator app. We would stay here again.

Husband and wife takeover!

Marc was great with EVERYTHING! He offered to pick us up from SJO airport for 80 U.S dollars. Our check in was so easy. Breakfast was offered each morning for 6$ a person. It was home made from Marc and his wife with fresh fruits, preserves, eggs, meats, breads and Costa Rican coffee! Sooo yummy. The pool is very nive and relaxing and entire apartment was secluded but walking distance to everything in Jaco beach. People were VERY friendly. Apartment was clean. There was bugs in the place due to it being a rainforest but we knew that would be the case so I brought peppermint oil to be able to be comfortable and it WORKED! Public transportation is present and easy to access. We would stay here again.

Vacance au Costa Rica petit pays très accueillant et charmant ville de Jaco a 80 km de San Rosé beaucoup de choses a voire très touristique les animaux forêt tropicale . belle plage location chez l"habitant a conseiller a Perlita le Colibri etc...... a vous de voire .

Lovely

Marc was amazing! He waited many hours at the pickup at SJO while we waited in customs. The property bosts beautiful flowers in the courtyard, a cute pool area and breakfast if you like. Nice short walk down to the main street shops and beach for 🏄‍♀️. Very quiet for those of us who go to bed early. Marc and Pierrette were great with communication and accommodations!!!! Thank you!!!

Quiet, peaceful gem in the heart of Jaco

Very tranquil property where you can escape from the noise at night. Hosts are very friendly and would highly recommend their optional home made breakfasts. Loved our stay here

Enjoyable stay

Boutique accommodation facility with loads of character and warm and caring hosts who reside on the property. The owners worked very hard to make sure that I had everything I needed. The property is well located and set back from the noise and activity of the main shopping and restaurant area while still be close to beach access.

Everything we needed it to be and more

Marc and Pierette made us feel very welcome and were always available should we need anything. The property is on a quiet street with less than a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Jaco and the beautiful beach. We felt very safe on the property, had great internet and would highly recommend La Perlita. Merci Marc and Pierette!!

Good Value

Jaco overall is extremely expensive and this little place is very reasonable. It helped to be able to cook just a little as a break from eating out. The French breakfast was nice, but the outstanding part was the home made starfruit jam. The pool was extremely clean and the units were very quiet. The beds just have a single sheet, but it was so hot that was fine. This is not a regular hotel so the room does not get cleaned every day, that is how the costs stay down. Off season was still very hot, in dry season the sun would be very intense. I would not have slept without air conditioning. Two units are without it so take that into account when you reserve.

Very Nice and Safe Property

This is a beautiful, quiet and safe place to stay. It was our first trip to Costa Rica and we were concerned about being in a safe neighborhood, we felt very secure here. The grounds are very pretty with lots of trees, flowers and native birds, from hummingbirds to macaws. It is about 2 1/2 US blocks to the beach although we liked the beach to the south side of the neighboring creek better so you are 3 blocks from there. They are excellent hosts, we used google translate to communicate, they speak French and Spanish but no real problems with that. For $6 US you will have a fantastic breakfast with french crepes and homemade spreads, fresh fruits and the best coffee we had during our stay all served poolside at the time of your choosing. Our suite had AC but the windows are not airtight to US standards so don't expect ice cold AC but it was adequate at night to lower the humidity and temp for comfortable sleeping. You can spend more to stay in Jaco but for the money this is an excellent choice and a more authentic Costa Rican experience.

Welcoming home in paradise

La Perlita is a little gem, an abode situated in a verdant property just off Jaco's main downtown street. A small pool, relaxation and eating area rests outside the rooms, and the unit I stayed in was accomodating, tidy, homey, and well-supplied with kitchenette equipment, fridge and freezer, and safe. The property is a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops - far enough away that one does not feel impacted by the crowds, but easy walking distance. The property also feels quite safe. Iguanas abound and the happy decor of La Perlita makes one feel at home in the tropics. Marc and Pierrette are charming and friendly, always making certain I was comfortable and enjoying myself (I'm a solo traveller, so feeling welcome is important, and also experienced an ATV injury on my trip of which they were extremely solicitious), and truly seem to have the happiness of their guests at heart. One absolutely must indulge in Marc's outstanding european-style breakfasts; he makes his own breads, crepes and jams that one can enjoy poolside. If you want to feel like a resident of Jaco for a time and experience honest hospitality, I can't recommend La Perlita enough.

We enjoyed our stay at la perlita. Great location and nice pool. Our hosts were good and helpful. The place is close to everything, yet off the busy Main Street. Would stay there again.

Una settimana a "la perlita "

Siamo stati una settimana a La Perlita dove abbiamo conosciuto Pierrette e Marc , i proprietari , persone molto educate simpatici e soprattutto molto disponibili ,la struttura è molto accogliente parcheggio dentro la struttura , piscina ed abitazione molto accogliente ,la nostra era un monolocale ma non mancava niente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ..... Un saluto a Pierrette e Marc
