Located only a 100 yards from the beach and minutes from beautiful downtown Madison. Steps from the Madison Beach Hotel that offers spa services and 5-star dining. This updated home features a large eat-in gourmet kitchen, ideal for family entertainment. Features hot water outdoor shower, patio area, air conditioning, Tesla charger, and much more.

Minimum 4 nights - July & August are minimum monthly stays.

Home is located on a small, private road in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is limited to property which can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles in driveway. Large gatherings are not allowed.

Wedding Weekend!

Our family stayed in this beautiful beach home for almost a week and it could not have been better! The home was perfect for our needs. Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. So many VRBO‘s lack warmth but this house felt like we were staying at the home of a friend. Everything you could think of was available at the house from detergent and extra toothpaste to beach chairs and bikes. The home is relaxing and inviting and the beds were comfy! The town is so cute and we enjoyed walking to Christy’s and the Wharf to eat -just a short block away. If you are visiting Yale, we found it to be an easy 25 min drive. Patty is an excellent host and great communicator. We will be back!

Incredibly equipped convenient gem

We stayed for four nights with family for an end of summer getaway. There are four good size bedrooms and the sitting room off the master is a huge amount of additional space. In our case, this was a perfect area for our 9 month olds crib. The house came equipped with just about anything you could need and a grocery store is just minutes away in town! The beach is a very short walk and Surf Club beach is only about 1/2 mile. I recommend Christie’s, which is steps away, for breakfast! Overall, communication was great and a wonderful experience overall.

Great way to do graduation

I need a place for my family to stay for my son’s graduation from Yale in New Haven. We had been unimpressed by the hotels in New Haven and wanted. A place for the family to gather during the 4 day long graduation festivities. The house in Madison was great. It turned the graduation into a mini-vacation. The house was well appointed and very clean. It’s location was a short walk from the beach and close to two restaurants that made family meals easy and it was close to the interstate. It was only 25 minutes to campus which was very convenient. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

This house in Madison is phenomenal. Very comfortable, great location, plenty of room to spread out. I was only there for a few nights with my adult daughter, but having so much space was wonderful. I love Madison and have been vacationing there for 75 years. Several of my siblings settled in the town and raised families there. Love to get back there each year to visit with relatives. Our stay in Madison was perfect. The house was clean, well appointed with anything you could possibly need and just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Just the right amount of room for the four adults and two kids.

We enjoyed our stay so much, wish we were there longer. 7 of us came for our son’s graduation, including elderly grandparents, and the home was very comfortable for all, spacious, and well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect Wedding Weekend

We had our wedding at the Madison Beach Hotel and need a spot close by for our home base. Patty’s house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with anything you needed. She was also the best host I’ve ever worked with. She left us a lovely note and a bottle of champagne for our wedding. Even after we checked out she was able to help us get something we left behind. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We definitely plan on returning to Patty’s home again in the future for another relaxing weekend.
