Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay and the property was a perfect location to the beach. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the beach chairs provided. We'll definitely plan another trip!

Overall wonderful

Great location, great house, great pool. Overall a wonderful experience. One complaint, the dryer was awful and ruined a few clothing items. I wouldn’t plan to wash anything but bath and beach towels!Besides that, a very enjoyable stay. 3 adults, 3 kids

Great stay at the beach

Wonderful, clean, comfortable home 1 block from the beach. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved the private pool. Great location on 30A. Sandpiper rentals made everything smooth and simple. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful family home

We loved our stay at Sugar Magnolia. It was perfectly suited for a family with young kids. The pool was well kept and the beach was quickly accessed across the street. There are a few beach items supplied which was a plus for us.

Great Fall Break in Seagrove!

Beautiful home right across the street from the beach. The house was very clean and kitchen was well equipped so we could cook a few meals. Quick bike ride to Seaside. We didn't really use the pool but it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again!!

great house

this is a great house. right across the street from the Andalusia beach access. great beds, house, kitchen, the works. Highly recommend. The property manager is very quick to respond and resolved a few things for us quickly. Very professional and would stay with them again.

Another Wonderful Visit

We've been coming to 3 Mermaids for six years and still love it as much or more than the first time. Kendra and Charlie are great and we always enjoy seeing them. Three Mermaids is a perfect place for couples. It's a great place to kick back, relax and forget your hectic life. Love the pool and the courtyard has always been one of my favorites. Can't wait for our next visit in a couple of months.

Great house and location.

Absolutely loved the convenience of the house and beach:) We enjoyed the privacy on the deck with all of the trees. It felt like we were in a treehouse. The pool was a bonus. House had everything plus beach towels, wagons, beach chairs. I do wish they would have included all of that on the website, or else we would not have hauled all of it down from GA! Otherwise wonderful.

Great location super cute cottage

We had a great time at this house. Such a cute setting in the trees and super close to the beach. Was an easy 3 min walk even with little kids in tow. It was a little chilly during our trip but the heated pool was amazingly warm for us to use. If I had any suggestion at all it would just be that the blinds on the ground floor could offer more privacy as you can sort of see through them. We would rent this house again without question. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were all super comfortable.

Our Stay at 3 Mermaids

We would highly recommend 3 Mermaids. The location was incredible because it is very close to the beach access and the many Seaside restaurants and fun shops. The property is decorated beautifully and so clean with everything you need. Our favorite part was riding the bikes they have available to you. The "peaceful garden" was so romantic with hammocks, fountains, chairs, pool, etc. Charles and Kendra were very friendly and available to answer any questions we had.We loved it and we will come again.

Close walk to the beach but would not be good for people who have trouble with a lot of stairs. Steep staircase to/from the beach and steep stairs in the house. The air intake in the stairwell of the house looked like it had never been cleaned (once the house was built). Photos were misleading in that the home was well used with stains on the couch. Little bit grubby overall. The beds were well worn but clean. The microwave was filthy but was quickly remedied by maintenance when we called. The washer was broken but was quickly repaired during the same visit to work on the microwave. Maintenance guy Chase was very polite, responsive and knew how to take care of all requests. Downstairs TV did not work but wiring was quickly repaired by Chase. If I had to do it again I would not stay there but would have chosen another place, but some of my friends liked it well enough. The pool was perfect size and very refreshing after the beach visits. Would highly recommend the owners thoroughly clean inside and outside before charging what they do. I think the home had a lot of potential after it was built but needs some TLC before renting out again. Location: Was very convenient to food and fun activities in the evenings!

Hope to stay again....

This place is perfect and SUCH a steal! Amazing location, amazing house, I have no complaints. Sandpiper is incredibly accommodating. Upon my arrival, the house was spotless and a greeter checked in on us within the hour to make sure everything was OK and to remind me that if I needed anything to call them. Friday morning we got a surprise delivery of fresh donuts from a local vendor and on Saturday morning when the power went out due to mass amounts of rain the previous night the Maintenance man, Ken, was on top of everything and power was restored in an hour. The family who owns this property has made it so comfortable and it is exquisitely decorated, simple and beautiful. The house has a TV/cable box in every bedroom and the main TV in the living room has a blu-ray player with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon capabilities! The master bedroom has a tempurpedic mattress that I thoroughly enjoyed. There is plenty of parking, the pool is the perfect size, the beach is just across the street and Seaside is a short bike/car ride away! I would recommend this property to everyone; families, friend groups, couples, etc.

Review of Sugar Magnolia

This was our second time to stay at Sugar Magnolia. The space is the perfect size for our family. The beach is basically across the street making it the perfect location. The "hub" is within walking and biking distance as well. Also, the private pool is the icing on the cake. It is the perfect way to unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations!!

This place is absolutely beautiful and so well kept. We had some trouble finding it with our GPS so I had to call the emergency number and the person who answered was extremely helpful and I was able to find it with the directions he gave me. The privacy offered by the beautiful trees was perfect, and the place was super close to the beach. We had the pool heated and it was nice and warm when we arrived.

Perfect place - beach in the front and pool in the back! Place was lovely and had all necessary amenities. Only complaint ( entirely out of the control of the renter, was the red tide... made being on the beach really hard - but that's where the wonderful pool came in handy)

Good place to stay.

Home was clean and comfortable with good beds. Loved the private pool and deck in the back. Secluded within the scrub oaks and relaxed among them in my camping hammock. The only negative was the 30A traffic noise, but only heard it when on the upstairs front deck.

A Treasure on 30A

We booked this property over a year ago and it was PERFECT for our family. We had my parents in one bedroom, me and my husband in one and our two kids (6 and 3) in the bunks in the other room. The bedroom downstairs is connected to the bunk room thru a jack and Jill bath which worked out great for our family. The door to the pool was thru our bedroom, which we thought was weird at first, but it turned out to make everything super easy! The kids wanted to swim as soon as they woke up each day and this made the pool and the many changes of clothes very easy without distributing our parents upstairs. It was a great location on 30A directly across from the beach and just a mile from Seaside. Our kids are not old enough to spend the whole day on the beach, so the quick golf cart drive across to the public beach was great for us. A golf cart rental is also a must. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice items and even kids plates and bowls, which was great. Both bathrooms also had multiple soft nice bath towels which was wonderful. This house was wonderful and we will stay there again for sure!
