DO NOT RENTI booked this property specifically for the heated pool and was told the morning of our first day that it had broken (confirmed by an HOA message). This was not communicated prior to arrival. The heated pool not working ruined our entire trip. Traveling with two small children in cool weather, we had to spend over 200 on alternative activities. My request for a reasonable partial refund was denied.Only 2 of 4 elevators worked, the bunk room is extremely small (you can barely close the door), and the master mattress is very uncomfortable. There was constant noise at night, plus children running above us early mornings and late at night. Only one trash bag was provided for the entire stay, which is inadequate for a family.Warning: If the heated pool is not working, contact VRBO immediately (as they advise) and request a full refund—do NOT wait until after your stay.

It was nice and peaceful

Love the view and space the only thing whoever clean didn’t do a great job on the floor was dirty but overall it’s a great place to stay with your family. I would definitely come back.

We loved it this was a last minute booking because we got cancelled from our other reservation do to power failier and we are sooo glad because we got to stay here and we loved it the view the location everything was perfect

Not enough communication

Easy access to the beach, check in was not smooth. Wristbands were not set out. Chairs on balcony were broken. Washer leaked. Ice machine didnt work.

Nice condo with a great pool.

Overall we had a great time and loved the property. There is an issue with having just 4 elevators for the entire building and one being out of service half of the time.

Overall nice

Check in process was a disaster. Unit is nice, however, if you are really cooking anything you need more pots and for certain, pans. Pans not available for biscuits or rolls or anything oven. You need everything; there was no starter shampoo, washing powder, etc as the listing indicates there is. Ice maker does not work which made it extremely hard when needing ice we had to purchase a 20 pound bag elsewhere

Sprint Break

I paid for an early check in. Got there… condo was 77 degrees. No big deal. Turn air on and unpack everything. Only got hotter. Called for assistance w the number. Was told someone would call me back….. spent most of the first day back and forth on the phone. Was guaranteed someone would fix it before bed. Tech showed up around 9 pm. Said it needed Freon but he couldn’t get an approval to do it tonight so he was leaving. Called again…. They put Freon in. It worked for about 3 hours after they left. It got up to 78 degrees. Called several times the next day…. A manager would never call me back and speak to me. They made the answering service make the back and forth calls. I asked several times for the property manager to call. We had to stay at our friends condo this day and evening bc it was so hot. They finally said the unit was broken and they would replace it… the next day. So we had to sleep in the hot unit for a second night. I understand things happen but the fact that the management company would not call me back floors me. At first they offered to refund HALF of the service fee. $70!!!!! I had paid well over $2000 for 4 nights. Eventually got one night refunded for even though we were miserable for two and I spent practically two days of my vacation making phone calls and following up bc no one would communicate w us.

Nice view, but be aware!

Pros: The view is absolutely amazing. The unit is wonderfully decorated. I especially loved the decor and the flow of the unit. I love that you can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The unit is big enough for a family of 6 (we have 4 kids) BUT: CONS: -Terrible check in process. I spent 2 hours on the phone to figure out how to park. They never sent me an email to activate the parking process, which is an additional $20. This was not clear in the ad for the unit. -You also have to pay $2 more per person to use the pool, and we were unable to obtain the wristbands because the HOA office was closed when we arrived ( only open until 3 pm mon-fri and check in was at 5 pm on fri). Luckily, we met someone who was staying at another unit, and we bought them a beer for a couple of wristbands. This was very frustrating because the security guard walks around and checks for wristbands and parking permits. - The fridge in the unit leaks all over the floor all day, so we had to use the towels to prevent slipping. I mean major amounts of water on the kitchen floor. I alerted the management company and they didn't seem overly worried even though we had to continue to do laundry (with no soap provided) to keep up with the leaking fridge. I would watch your groceries if using this fridge, because who knows if it cools - Master bedroom bed was way too soft -Blankets are minimal, so we had to buy some extras (glad we were able to donate them afterwards because that is a big expense for a family of 6) -No beach towels so we had to purchase those as well - Beach chairs NOT included (extra $45 per day!!, which some other units included them with your nightly cost) -Slightly sketchy area- During our stay we experienced a man jumping off the 23rd floor, and gun shots 2 doors down and across the street. - Management company lacks concern when you bring up these issues, and from what I gathered from other people on the property they did not experience the headaches we did. Overall I liked the unit. And I wish the management company or the reviews would have been more clear about the chairs, linens, parking, and pool access. The communication between VRBO, the management group, and the people who actually manage the property is a mess. And if you complain, they really don't care.

You are right we did fail to send you the appropriate Parking Information prior to your arrival, we do believe this issue has been resolved going forward and we did pay for your parking passes due to this inconvenience and failure to notify prior to arrival. In our "don't forget to bring" section of our listing we do list items that we suggest brining including laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, etc. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your family. Great location with minimum complaints

Property was great and suited our families needs for the week. The refrigerator took all week to cool down and never got fully cold. We kept having to put things in the freezer to keep cold. We had no patio furniture although the listed pictured some. That was disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying the porch in mornings and evenings. Otherwise it was a great stay.

It is now installed and ready for guest use. The fridge did need a specific part of the cooling system replaced which has been completed. We do apologize for these inconveniences. Wonderul family environment

I took my grandbabies, youngest son along w 2 friends. There were 8 of us total. There was more than enough room to acommidate all of us comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony will remain in my grand children's memories forever. The location is on spot for what you need within walking distance of many local favorites!! You won't be disappointed. This was my 2nd stay at Sunrise both units were perfect!!
