Nicely furnished studio room that features king size bed, dresser with mirror, Chester drawer and refrigerator. My studio room is conveniently located near historic downtown, river street, trolley tours, and all of downtown's major attractions. 30 minutes from Tybee Island beach. If you plan on shopping tanger outlet is 20 minutes away, oglethorpe mall about 15 min away, Savannah mall 20 min away.

Not what I expected

Not the greatest neighbrhood, though it was very convenient to downtown. As an older single woman, it made feel a bit nervous. The renter is new to this, so I think they have a lot to learn before it will go smoothly for everyone. I had to ask about check-in and for a glass or a cup. The room was small, which was fine, but it had HUGE furniture in it, which made it feel cramped. Very comfy mattress though.
