Smoking will not be tolerated. Clean up of cigarette butts anywhere on the property will incur an additional cleaning fee. Be advised that during the winter season, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is necessary. We are very lucky to get lots of snow, so it's best to be prepared. Our neighbors are amazing. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum - especially if you are outdoors enjoying the hot tub or deck under the stars! We expect guests to treat our house as their own and in return, a wonderful stay and review will be provided.

This home is in pristine condition. The owners have lovingly cared for it and have furnished and supplied it with everything to make it feel like YOU are home!

Just over 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge, we're perfectly situated, close to everything to make everyone in the family happy! Minutes to the slopes, minutes to great restaurants and minutes to fabulous shopping. Plus, you will enjoy the privacy of a beautiful, thoughtful mountain home.

What is it like? Well, open the front door and you are immediately greeted with a stunning log staircase. The soaring wood only hints at the attention to detail you will find inside.

Continue in and you are greeted with an open floor plan that allows friends and family to relax in the comfy great room yet still be part of the fun with the gang hanging at the kitchen bar! A perfect layout for both cooking and entertaining.

Beautiful Property
We had a terrific time in this beautiful home. There were two small children and five adults, and the bedrooms worked great for us! We loved the fireplace and multiple seating areas as well. The hot tub was a nice addition! We even saw a fox one evening and that was super exciting! Would highly recommend this property to others.

Beautiful home
This house is beautiful and nicely furnished. The hot tub was fantastic. The kitchen appliances were amazing and the gas stove made me want to convert. If you have small kids bring your own non-breakable cups and plates because everything was breakable. There also didn’t seem to be any utensils for the bbq grill so we bought some when we went to town. I was a little surprised the home was in a neighborhood so it wasn’t as secluded as I hoped but the neighborhood is quiet. There are some fantastic hiking trails nearby along with Dillon lake not too far away either. We had a great time here.

Not worth it
Bad location with hidden information that would have stopped me from renting this place. No Uber or Lyft or taxi. Dangerous road to get to and from house. Dirty hot tub. No shovels to clean deck walkways or porch.

Perfect Breckenridge House!
The location to town and the mountain was perfect. The house felt like a secluded get away, even though it was just a mile from town. I've stayed in Breck before, and sometimes locations are too far from town. This is best of both worlds. Privacy, skiing, and shopping experience. And the hot tub was GREAT.

Beautiful retreat!
We had a fabulous stay at Merlot Moose Manor! A truly beautiful spot, we felt like we were out in the woods, but we were just a 10 minute drive to the gondola in Breckenridge (even shorter to in-town shopping) We spent most of the day skiing but still took advantage of lots of things at the house - the hot tub (which was great because there were lots of towels left right by the door!), the game room for playing cards, and just hanging out on the comfy couches We cooked some meals at the house – and were impressed by the quality of the kitchen setup. Brand new coffee maker, blender, utensils, and a plentiful filled spice rack. Plus- a supply of coffee to get us started. This house is definitely NOT a frat party house. It is beautiful and elegant and comfortable. The linens were fresh and clean and the comforters were really cozy We will definitely rebook this house for out next trip to the mountains. Loved it!

Merlot Moose Manor Review
I can't say enough about how beautiful Merlot Moose Manor was. It was newly furnished and everything was clean and fresh. The house had everything you needed for a great stay, great towels, sheets, wine opener, glasses, etc. It had a nice open floor plan with great light also. Additionally, it was close to town and restaurants, etc.

Perfect Mountain House
This house is beautiful and perfect for a large group! There’s plenty of parking, a beautiful two story wood fireplace, a huge hot tub to relax in after a long day on the hill, a game room and beds for everyone. There is also a private office for the work from home crowd. It's five minutes from downtown Breckenridge and a breeze to get into town. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you might need. We would highly recommend staying at the Merlot Moose Manner!

Best Place We Ever Stayed in Breckenridge
We had a mini family reunion at the Merlot Moose Manor and we only wish we could have stayed longer! Whoever set up this house did a great job making it feel like home , only better! We all loved the layout of the house. The kids could be in one area and the grownups could be hanging out chatting in another. We only ate a few meals at the house because we were so close to the town of Breckenridge that we just had to go back to some of our favorite restaurants. Really liked the kitchen setup. It was clean, modern and had pretty much anything you could possibly want Smart TV's all over the house . I can't remember exactly but I think there were at least 4 of them in the house. And a BIG 65" TV in the family room We only had one issue. Deciding who got the master bath! It was HUGE! Loved the hot tub and were grateful for all of the extra towels the management company left for us. We knew we were taking a chance on this rental because it's new to the market and didn't have many reviews. We sure lucked out. Loved the Manor and can't wait to come back next time We have been to Breckenridge 4 times before and Merlot Moose Manor has by far been our favorite. We will definitely rebook when we come back again.

Merlot Moose Manor is a 10
We loved staying at the Merlot Moose Manor! It's tucked into a beautiful neighborhood 5 minutes from the gondola. Great views, great yard and an overall a beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook each night for our group without feeling like any tools were missing. Winding down in the hot tub at the end of a long ski day was the perfect way to end a day. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of sitting areas for everyone to do their own thing if they want. Parking was also ample which is always a plus. We'll book this home again for our annual Breck trip again next year.
