Views of the Thames River, Fishers Island Sound and two lighthouses in a spacious home. Built in 2002 with central air and heat, four bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone - three and a half baths and an outdoor shower. Sleeps 10 in bedrooms, up to 14 with additional beds in sun room, sofa on sleeping porch, and loft. To keep costs reasonable for small groups of one to eight guests, after 8 quests per person charges apply. 20% long term stay discount for 28 days. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with a separate shower and garden spa tub and includes a deck with views. The first bedroom with one queen and one full bed is on the second floor with an attached bath and a sleeping porch with a queen sleeper sofa. Three other bedrooms are located on the third floor. Two share a hall bath and the master has an ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom has an attached walkout deck with views of Long Island Sound and the Harbor lighthouse. There is also a twin bed in the master bedroom loft and a twin day bed in the living room. The front yard is fenced for your pets. A crate is also available by request.

There are two outdoor entertaining spaces and an outdoor shower. Our home is walking distance to Ocean Beach Park, Mitchell College, and three homes down and a short walk to our shared beach. Take the Amtrak from Boston, NYC or DC to New London. Ferries available to Fishers Island, Block Island, and Orient Point.
