Le plan d'étage ouvert vous permet de vous divertir sans rien manquer de l'action. grand écran de télévision et musique dans tout le wi-fi. Le complexe dispose de deux immenses piscines, d'une salle de sport et d'un sauna.
Très privé et paisible près de la plage de la sieste et du centre-ville de Sarasota.

The property was just as advertised on VRBO. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It's a wonderful community with lots of activities and 2 nice pools.

Overall Good

The house was very clean. The owner provided instructions on how to get the key to the house and provided a neighbor to come and meet me and be my point of contact if any issues occurred. The Owner lives out of the country, so have to use "Whats" app to communicate with her, once I figured out that it she was responsive. The property does not have cable TV, just a FireStick. So get NetFlix and other streaming, but no regular cable channels, so any renters should be aware. The community is beautiful with 2 poos and hot tubs and a very nice club house where there are a lot of activities if you have time. I would stay there again if I am able.

Hi Paula, glad you had a nice time in Sarasota. sorry about regular TV ! The club has a very nice big TV ! and always friendly people to watch together baseball and football matches ! more fun to be there talking and laughing on vacation ! If this can help !

Review of Stay

Danielle, we enjoyed our stay. I believe it was last minute for both of us, as the night before we were supposed to leave Jersey, our original rental was cancelled due to an oversight by the owner and HomeAway was able to find us your rental. I think you had to have it ready in a hurry because you were leaving to get surgery the next day. Then, of course the whole Corona virus became an issue. I don’t know if you were able to eventually have your surgery, but I hope you are well. Your friend was very helpful to us, answering any questions or problems we had. The house was very nice, but we did have a problem with the TV at first. Brian was able to get in touch with you and work out the problem. After the first several days, everything was more or less shut down and has been that way since then. However, God is in control and we hope all will be well soon. We enjoyed your home and the neighborhood. Thank you for opening it to us. I sincerely hope all is well with you. I don’t know if you have been able to come back to the states, but hope all will be well for you. Thank you again. Rose

Quiet, cozy home away from home!

Cute, cozy homey rental in quiet but friendly neighborhood. Home has everything you need. Location is great - close to stores and restaurants - and just a short drive to the beach. Great neighborhood to take walks, sit along the lake edge and watch the swans and visit the pool. We have enjoyed our stay here!

April Stay 2021

Access to freeway was easy and close. Shopping was close. Ease of getting in and out of the gated community was easy. TV was not very good - only remote was the fire stick. Two bathrooms, - one shower only and the other a tub with shower but no curtain or door. Screened patio was leaky when it rained, floor was wet. The kitchen only had 2 flour sack dish towels. On arrival the dryer still had bath towels in it and the dishwasher was full of dishes - they were clean.

A pleasurable Sarasota visit

Staying from mid-January to early March, during January we had some pretty cold temperatures. We had no Central heat but we were provided 2 space heaters in providing some warmth in the areas we occupied. The location is ideal and everything one would need is within 2 to 3 miles and the beaches are less than 30 minutes away depending on traffic. The floor plan is very open which is wonderful and makes the living area appear larger than it is. We would definitely stay here again....but starting our long term stay in a different month.

professional: ⸻ I was genuinely surprised when you told me how nice the house was on the day of your arrival. Then, just a couple of days later, you suddenly began complaining about everything in the house, only to leave after 10 days because you and your friend found a less expensive place to stay in another park. this felt dishonest and very unfair to me, especially after you expressed satisfaction at the beginning of your stay. Your sudden change of attitude and early departure were both shocking and disappointing.
