Spacious house(2 families)&1 block from the beach. This unit is on the 1st floor with front deck. Awesome Family Destination Vacation Home sleeps 8 people. Plenty of room for the whole family and all the amenities you could ask for. Perfect for big families. Seaside heights has a water park, go carts, amusement rides and an amazing boardwalk with lots of games, bars, places to eat and the places to have fun.

Additional Sleeping: - Full-sized Sleeper Sofa in the living room can accommodate additional guests.

Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount(including security deposit).

FYI, No monthly rental during PEAK-Season(May-September)! No smoking - No pets allowed.

Please bring your own towels(bath & beach). The house will provide linens(pillows, blankets & sheets).

Awesome time!

Hong was great. Had a few questions upon arrival which were answered immediately. Was able to check in earlier than originally planned. Would rent again.

Very nice

Very nice spacious house. Loved the patio with plenty of seating! The only complaint would be the 2 Queen beds were too hard! Other than that very enjoyable.

Great Host

Hong was very attentive and accommodating. He even allowed for a late check out which was really appreciated by our group! The place was clean and spacious with a lot of great features provided by Hong including beach passes and beach chairs. I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars only because the pictures of listing was inaccurate showing bunk beds which weren’t actually at the property and a few other inaccuracies. Other than that it was a nice stay!

Amazing location and super clean property

Hong was an amazing host. Let’s start off with how nice the location of the property was and how new the unit was. Everything was very clean and updated. During our stay we had a issue with the shower contacted the property owner he immediately addressed the issue. We loved being so close to the boardwalk. He provides us with beach chairs and all of the basics for our short stay (paper towels, linens, soap, toilet paper) this is something you don’t often find in short term rentals. The check in process was very quick and easy. Overall we loved this property and plan on going back in the future!!!
