Accueil chaleureux par Ceserinda qui nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. La région est magnifique. L'appartement est très bien équipé, conforme à la description avec une hôte attentive aux besoins de chacun. On recommande vivement cette adresse.

Ceserinda ha sido muy amable y atenta. Nos ayudó y aconsejó de sitios que ver y dónde comer en todo momento. La casa es excelente, equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia maravillosa, así como la ubicación y la tranquilidad del lugar. Una experiencia para repetir!! Muchas gracias por todo!

It was a joy

This underrated place was definitely a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.. True its not walking distance to the beach but the 3 bedrooms has airconditioning so everyone gets a great night sleep. The car you can park inside the gate.. you have a little green area for your little dog and there is a table tennis table and some other sporting equipment. Inside you ll have everything you need.. the house is roomy due to its high ceiling & have 3 bathrooms - the host is terrific Linda is incredibly nice and warm and is extremely helpful — anyway this place is a very good deal.

Amazing villa

Villa Rocha was truly amazing. Comfortable and very clean. Linda is a lovely host, too. The closest beach (Praia Grande - left side) happens to be the best beach in the area and you absolutely must make a booking in O Cantinho da Susi - this place deserves million michelin starts!! And go to Lagos...little town it's about 25 minutes drive from the villa and it's such a gem. We hope to come back to Pera onr day!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von Allem. Sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Abflug lag so das wir 2h nicht wussten wohin mit uns. Unsere Gastgeberin half aus indem wir später auschecken durften. Nous avons été très enthousiasmés par tout. Nous le recommandons vivement. Notre départ était si tardif que nous ne savions pas où aller pendant 2 heures. Notre hôtesse nous a aidés en nous laissant partir plus tard.

Ohne Auto ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung kann man gut essen. Im Haus war alles was man benötigt. Vielen Dank.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz, Klimaanlage und viel Privatsphäre

Wir kamen erst sehr spät am Objekt an ca. 23.30, das war aber kein Problem. Die Hauseigentümerin hat uns begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt, wer hier im Französischunterricht nicht geschlafen hat, ist klar im Vorteil, ansonsten geht es mit Google Translator, Händen und Füßen auch zum Ziel. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und als Bonus ist eine Klimaanlage installiert, das hatten wir nicht erwartet. Allerdings ist das Haus so angenehm von der Temperatur, das man diese kaum benötigt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Wohnabjekt

Das Haus machte eine sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck.Man wohnt im oberen Stockwerk. Unten im Objekt scheint es sich um eine fremdvermiete Einliegerwohnung zu handeln. Man hatte aber keine Probleme. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Wie beschrieben, keine Klimanlage und keinen Pool. Ließ sich aber trotz der Hitze gut aushalten. Morgens Lieferverkehr vor dem Haus , weil auf der anderen Seite eine Markthalle bereits um 7 Uhr öffnet. Abends permanentes Hundegebell duch die Nachbarobjekte. Der Empfang war mehr als freundlich. Es bestand jedoch eine Sprachbarriere, weil die Vermieteren kein Englisch sprach bzw. verstand. Mit Handy-Translator war aber auch das kein Problem, mein Französisch endete mit der Schulzeit vor 40 Jahren. Über das FeWo Portal haben wir während der Mietdauer regelmässig kommuniziert. Man hat zwar einen Meerblick vom Objekt, erreicht dieses aber erst nach ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.Im Mietobjekt war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, z.B. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Alles machte einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Apotheke und Gastronomie im direkten Umfeld vorhanden. Auf Grund der Größe des Wohnortes , ist man relativ schnell durch.

Nous reviendrons !

La maison est comme sur la description. Très confortable, bien équipée et très bien située. Vous trouverez une pharmacie, un restaurant qui propose des plats à emporter, un salon de thé et même une petite épicerie, et tout ça à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Sans compter que le marché est au pied de la maison. Petit luxe, vous pouvez même stationner votre voitures dans l'allée. Les draps et les serviettes sont changées toutes les semaines. De plus la propriétaire fait tout pour que tout soit parfait et elle est disponible si besoin pour vous donner de bonnes adresses ou en cas de soucis. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous reviendrons sûrement !

Beautiful Villa, Amazing location very quiet but not far from centre.

Amazing agents met us at 1.30am of give us the keys which was really nice and the villa was very clean and we recieved some complementary flip flops which was a very nice added touch. 10/10 service and 10/10 communication.

Excellent souvenir de Pêra

Nous avons été accueillis dans une grande maison, très bien située pour visiter la splendide région d'Algarve aux inoubliables plages d'ocre. Linda, Cidalia et Zelia ont été aux petits soins avec toute notre famille. Le chant des poules vous accompagnera pendant vos repas d'été, et vous aurez peut-être la chance de croiser l'inattendu Léon le caméléon sur son citronnier !! Le soir, la fraicheur, après de longues heures bien chaudes, où vous apprécierez les classiques pasteis à la pastelaria (boulangerie) locale ! Alors, oui, inutile de préciser que nous avons grandement apprécié et que nous recommandons++ cette grande villa à Pêra. Thierry et Virginie
