Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the year-round beauty of northern Minnesota at this Lake Vermilion home.

This home is conveniently located on the South-central side of Lake Vermilion on coveted Birch Point overlooking Big Bay.

With 120 feet of lakeshore and 3,256 finished square feet and recently UPDATED WITH CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, this property will suit any renter from the avid fisherman to the snowmobiler to the family looking for a get-away. This three bedroom property has plenty of room for adults and kids alike!

The main floor master bedroom is complete with a king size bed and a beautiful view of Lake Vermilion. The main floor second bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the main floor bathroom with a walk-in shower. A family bonus suite above the rec room boasts sleeping for six and an ensuite private bathroom with a walk in shower. This home also has a sofa sleeper in the rec room that sleeps two.

The fully enclosed sun porch on the lake side of the property overlooks the fire pit and offers beautiful views of Big Bay.

In 2010, our family built a cabin on Big Bay and we’ve enjoyed many years making memories: swimming, fishing, boating, snowmobiling and much more!

There is no place we would rather be than at Vermilion.

We wanted to share our lake experience with others, so we purchased this property in the fall of 2016. 2017 was the first season this property was available for rent. Come visit Lake Vermilion and start making your own memories!
