We have been married 34 years from this date 6-20-19. We have 2 grown married children. Our first grand child on the way. We had been going to Lake Barkley for many years with our kids while they were very small. We found this wonderful old home that was a fixer upper. We just fell in love with it. We do like the charm and character of old homes but the special part is the lake. We love Lake Barkley and Eddyville. I am sure you will see why!

The view had us sold!!! It is one of the best you will ever see on the Lake. Not in a cove were you just see other houses. You see the full view of the lake and Land between the lakes wild life. I guess that is why Matthew Lyon who founded Eddyville and Lyon County had once owned this lot ! It is truly a beauty! Our house has all the modern ammenities but yet so much history.
