If you are looking for a great little hill country cabin in the Hill Country then check out the AMAZING Texas Haus. The Texas Haus cabin has all the comforts of home. You'll enjoy an open floor plan centered around a king size bed with beautiful linens. You'll also appreciate the full kitchen, dining area and cozy sitting area complete with a cozy fireplace. As the Texas Haus is a private cabin, you will of course have your own private bathroom with stand alone shower and gorgeous jetted tub.
The Texas Haus is located at No Rancho Properties on Spring Creek, near the Hilltop Hideaway, which makes it a perfect add-on to the Hideaway when two couples would like to be near each other but still enjoy their privacy. Guests of No Rancho Properties on Spring Creek enjoy access to a beautiful year-round creek and acres of beautiful land to explore.
Sit on your back porch and enjoy the view and hot tub. The Texas Haus offers the perfect, country escape from big city life.

​​​​​​​Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and this cabin was amazing! We felt right at home when I noticed a couple beers, soda, and muffins waiting on us when we arrived. It was very clean and cozy! It’s a little further from town than I realized, but it was still perfect! The only thing I regret is not booking another night! We will definitely be back for sure!

Amazing Little Cabin!

We have been to Fredericksburg a ton of times and stayed a lot of places. This was our favorite by far! The owners were so thoughtful in the gifts they included, the house was clean and setup so beautifully! The wildlife was such a treat to watch over coffee each morning with stunning views! Beds are comfy and it was a perfect stay for just the 2 of us! Will visit time and time again. Loved this sweet retreat!

If you are wanting the perfect cabin atmosphere, go no further… these cabins have everything for that memorable getaway! October 13-15, 2025, my wife and I rented the “Texas Haus”, along with my son and his wife, who occupied the “Spring Creek Casita”. My wife and I from the moment we walked into the cabin were taken back with the beauty of the cabin, and the amazing views. The owner spared no expense when it came to the furnishings and conveniences for our comfort. Our good times and laughter will be everlasting fond memories for all of us! When we arrived there was music playing and the fireplace was on. The hosts had snacks and spa items ready for us to use. Felt very cozy and romantic. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Great getaway cabin

Awesome cabin. Very clean. Private. Owner was very kind and responded to any questions we had. He even dropped off breakfast croissants to us after a wasp incident. Would definitely stay again. Hot tub was a plus.

Absolutely wonderful ! This place was perfect for our 37th Anniversary . It is about 9 miles out of town then another 3 miles to the destination ,very much worth it. The cabin inside was beautifully decorated . the patio is what made it for us , hot tub spectacular evening sunsets and a creek running below. We will be back Great place if just want to get away and unwind yet have restaurants close by.

perfect rural getaway

i was more than pleased with my stay here. the location is perfect of you're looking for something somewhat secluded but still close to the main street of fredricksburg. the place is very clean & the decor is fitting for a modern texan cabin. the view from the patio is beautiful from morning till evening. the sounds out there are so relaxing. u can hear all the critters, bugs, and birds. at night u can see the stars as if they were right in front of you. on the road to the cabin, we encountered deer, horses, and cows. overall the perfect getaway in the perfect location.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommended to stay again A place like this with a shower head that only has a little more than a drip is way below the standard for this place. But this was nothing to when I tested the only smoke detector and the battery was pulled out . On my second night . Wow

Great privacy from this cabin. A lot of small amenities such as a variety of K-cups provided, coffee creamer a welcome box with croissants and jelly, snacks like cookies, chips, coke, Spice drawer, Wash pods. Cabin was clean and we enjoyed watching the Hummingbirds. Only item to improve on were the wasps on the back deck. The owner came and sprayed them, and it was good for a day or two then they came back, and they were a nuisance. We enjoyed watching the deer from the front porch as there were at least 8 of them roaming around on a consistent basis. I would definitely recommend this place.

Forever Place for a Getaway

All the perks of a hotel without people! Beautiful well stocked kitchen (utensils and such) they even leave you snacks, a couple beers, bottle of wine to tide you over until you can get to the HEB or wineries/distilleries for sustenance! No wasted space, they have even made a closet drop room since your bed is in the living room/ kitchen area. It helps to maintain your peace as you relax for your vacation. Then you step into the bathroom area..(which is probably bigger and better than what you have at home) with a large jetted CLEAN tub, separate large shower with all the products (shampoo, conditioner and body wash…same for the tub, too) Around the corner is an awesome washer and dryer so you don't have to overpack! Now comes to the best park of this cabin….the views! Oh, and the magic CLEAN hot tub that you can enjoy said views. They even provide towels… Their staff was always available when I had questions. This was MY heart of the Hill Country and will remain my favorite place forever.

Romantic Getaway

Everything was perfect. Absolutely perfect!! Except the hot tub. As soon as we walked in the door we went straight out back. Even missed the beautiful view at first!! Looked in the hot tub!! Absolutely filthy. I will not describe what appeared to completely cover the water. Met the owner and he said he would send his maintenance man over a soon as possible. He did come. He should have drained the whole thing, cleaned it completely and then refilled it. Nope, drained about half thought that would be good. Owner came over to take a look. He too saw what was living in there but it was too late for our stay. A shame as that would have made our stay complete!!
