Loved this property! My husband and I were both having medical issues while we were here so we didn't get to do as much in and around Fredericksburg as we would have liked. However we loved sitting on the wraparound porch watching the numerous hummingbirds along with their donkey and sheep. Deer also came into their yard every day. And it was great having Direct TV since we spent a lot of time there. Loft apartment was spotless and we loved the hosts!

This house was by far the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Everything was as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed visiting Fredericksburg with all its attractions. But once done, it was just a short drive back to this little gem! We really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor activities. We also loved the wildlife that would visit the game feeder both morning and evening. Great trip and a refreshing getaway!!

This place was perfect. Eric was the best host. The weather wasn't great, we've always wished for a white Christmas, and almost had one! 😄Fredericksburg is a great place!! Hoping to return summer 2023!

Girls weekend and it was a perfect location

My daughter and I came to Fredericksburg to celebrate her 40th birthday. We looked at so many VRBO properties, but kept coming back to Isaac's "Champaign Room". It looked quaint and homey, and it did not disappoint! It was in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. They thought of everything a guest might need to make their stay convenient and just like home. We felt very special! It was clean, even had a washer and dryer, the decorations were adorable. Isaac was very accommodating to answer any questions we had! My daughter and I both said, This is our next go-to place! I've stayed in many VRBO's over the years, and this one is now at the top of my list for a 2-person getaway. Thank you, Isaac!
