Property was great location, great informative/helpful hosts! The cleanliness was a little questionable, my wife spent some of our time scrubbing walls, cabinets, etc. because there was splatter and mess all over things in the kitchen. The walls are very thin, and we had a hard time with the upstairs neighbors for the week listening to the loud footsteps/every movement made in their condo. Overall, I would rate this an okay stay for the price.

This will be our third stay with renting from Steve and Kelly, they make the process a literal breeze. The condo was perfect again! It’s right across from the beach and close to all of our favorite places. My family would love to say a big thank you for providing a place that is so clean and easy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with Steve and Kelly was outstanding. Very quick to respond and really appreciated the early access to the condo as we arrived sooner than anticipated. Everything was as described. Condo was clean had everything we needed. Just a few steps to the pool and hot tub was a bonus. The property is very well maintained. Location was perfect. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning to watch another beautiful sunrise on the beach which is literally just steps away from the condo. Can’t wait to go back in the fall.

Great Stay

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! The condo was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The location (across the street from the beach) was great. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book here again!

Great Beach Vibes Experience

We stayed for a week and found the condo very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and hot tub which are well maintained. Steve and Kelly are very attentive to their guests.

Great location

Couldn’t ask for a better location and ease of check -in process and communication with the property management was fantastic. Room was exactly as pictured and described, but could use some improvement on cleaning.

Summer Breeze

Wonderful experience! My family has been coming to Destin for many years and this is the best spot we have found to stay. Very clean, and SO SO close to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. We will be looking for this property when we come back.

Great location! Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub a bonus! 3 min walk to beach and pompano joes. Wonderful communication with owners! Comfortable beds and even had Ugg pillows and blankets!!

Great little place to stay!

Great place across from beach access. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Condo was clean and well stocked with basic amenities. Our family of 4 had enough room to enjoy. We liked that it was in the back and not front and center by the pool. AC worked well and had no issues with that.

Location was great, property was clean, easy access to pool and beach. However, the master bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows too. And, the bunkbeds are short, not long enough for a 5 foot five adult without feet hitting the wall.
