Nothin' But a Good Time is a spacious 3-level lodge in Sevierville built in 2018 with sweeping mountain views, modern finishes, and enough room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Whether your group wants to catch a movie in the private theater, shoot pool in the game room, soak in the hot tub, or just sit around the fire pit watching the Smokies turn colors — this cabin has it all without the white-knuckle mountain roads to get here.

THE LODGE
Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeps 12 across four bedrooms and two sleeper sofas. The main level has two king bedrooms, a shared full bath, and an open living area anchored by a gas fireplace and a handmade walnut dining table that seats ten. The kitchen has granite counters, a 10-foot bar with seating for four, and everything you need to cook for a crowd. Upstairs is the primary king suite with its own en-suite — double vanity, soaker tub, and separate shower — plus a bunk room for the kids and a loft sitting area. The lower level is the entertainment floor: private theater with reclining sofas and surround sound, game room with pool table and 60-game arcade, wet bar, full bathroom, and a second living area with a sleeper sofa.

THE OUTDOORS
Step outside and the Smoky Mountains are right there — Mt. LeConte visible from the deck on a clear day. The wraparound deck has plenty of seating for your whole group to take it in. Wind down in the 7-person hot tub or gather around the fire pit as the sun drops behind the ridgeline. The flat paved driveway handles multiple vehicles and is trailer-friendly — great if your group is arriving from different directions or hauling gear.

THE LOCATION
Nothin' But a Good Time sits in a quiet neighborhood of newer cabins, well spaced with trees between properties so your group has real privacy without feeling remote. You're 8 miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge, 12 miles from Dollywood, and 17 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance.
Guests need to bring their own firewood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill. Primary renter must be 21 or older. No smoking. No parties. Dogs welcome — see pet policy for details.
