About this property
Theater · Game Room · Hot Tub · Dog-Friendly · Sleeps 12
Nothin' But a Good Time is our four-bedroom, three-level lodge in Sevierville, with room for twelve to spread out.
MAIN LEVEL — The open living room has a gas fireplace and seating for the whole group, flowing right into the kitchen and dining area so whoever's cooking isn't stuck off on their own. The kitchen has granite counters, full-size appliances, and a bar that seats four, and the handmade walnut table seats ten. Two king bedrooms and a full bath are on this level, with no stairs to reach them.
UPSTAIRS — The primary king suite has its own bath with a double vanity, soaker tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Just off the suite are a bunk room the kids will claim first and a small loft sitting area.
LOWER LEVEL — This is the fun floor: a private theater with reclining sofas, a game room with a pool table and 60-game arcade, and a granite wet bar. There's also a second living area with a sleeper sofa and a full bath, so night owls and early risers aren't sharing a room. With two sleeper sofas built into the layout, all twelve guests have a comfortable place to sleep.
WHO IT'S GOOD FOR - Multi-generational families — grandparents take the main-level king rooms (no stairs), parents get the upstairs suite, kids get the bunk room and arcade. - Two or three families sharing — three king bedrooms, a bunk room, two sleeper sofas, and three full baths split the cost without anyone feeling crammed. - Friend groups and reunions looking for room to be together and quiet corners when they need them. - Anyone who'd rather skip steep, winding mountain roads.
AT A GLANCE - 4 BR / 3 BA · sleeps 12 — 3 kings + bunk room, 2 sleeper sofas - Private theater · game room with 60-game arcade & pool table · wet bar - 7-person hot tub · fire pit · wraparound deck with mountain views - Handmade walnut dining table seats 10 - High-speed Wi-Fi — good for remote work - Flat paved driveway, trailer-friendly — no white-knuckle roads - Primary renter 21+ · dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs, under 50 lb; dog fee applies)

It was the easiest process I have ever done when renting for vacation. Everything went smoothly and the cabin was beautiful. It was spacious, clean and just nice all around. We enjoyed our stay.
This is the perfect getaway location! Absolutely beautiful and something for everyone!

Great Cabin
Was a great stay, highly recommend. Had all the amenities and is very comfortable even for a larger group like we had. It is in a great location that is a quick drive from the Pigeon Forge strip. Larry and Stacia go above and beyond to make sure they make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone else.
This is a great property for families! Bedrooms on all three levels worked well for our multi-generational family. Loved having the game/gathering area on the ground floor.

Can't Wait to Come Back
This is our second time staying in this cabin, and over time, the cabin has only gotten nicer. It is comfortable, spacious, and clean. It is in a beautiful location and very close to the attractions. It was the perfect location for family to gather together. Larry and Stacia were super responsive to any needs that came up. Highly recommend. We will be coming back again!

Simply Wonderful
Was a little scary for us city girls, our first drive in the mountains, but so relaxing and beautiful once we got to the cabin. Would do it again in a minute, thank you so much to the owners for sharing their cabin with us.
Our family really enjoyed our stay. So much to do right at our cabin for 12 people ages ranging from 5 to 45 spacious accommodations plenty of room for the whole family. From the hot tub fire your pet movie theater room and pool table there was never a dull moment. The only thing that made our stay a little more difficult was not having empty outdoor trash receptacles, and having to drive 30 minutes each way to dispose of trash.
House was exactly how pictured and described - the perfect size and layout for family reunions. The adults loved playing pool and hanging out in the bottom level while the kids were watching movies in the theater. We enjoyed relaxing around the firepit and one night we made S'mores!
The location was great - only about 15-20 minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge and we loved Larry's food recommendations. Definitely check out Gaucho Urbano if you are a carnivore!
Would definitely recommend this host and this house to everyone!
Great location for family of 11 ages 12-78!! Paired with a UT college visit and meet up with family was perfect—completely avoided often crazy drives into the more popular areas. Only 15 minute drive to some great local dining places and only 35 to UT. Accommodations were great, loved the basement with various activities for kids and adults alike. The communication was very clear of what the rental would have in the way of appointments so was able to plan accordingly. Thanks for helping us make great family memories!
My family rented this cabin for Christmas. It was a little off the beaten path but still accessible. We could easily drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, though Gatlinburg was mobbed for Christmas. Our family had many games of pool, soaks in the hot tub, battles of Ms.PacMan and Frogger, and dinners at the large table. For the most part, we had 7 adults at home with an 8th joining on the last day. We are already talking about renting this place again.
Cabin was very nice and clean. My only issue was the dryer did not work. I notified the host and they responded quickly that someone would be out the next day. That following evening when we return the dryer still didnt work. After several atempt tjey didntntespomd agaim. Dryer never was fixed since 5:30 am)respo ded quickly and said
This place was very comfortable & spacious for our family group of 11. Everyone had a great time & we really enjoyed the week we had. Its about a 20 minute drive into town. Several hair pin turns so be very careful at night. Most of our outings were during the day. We wanted quality time for the family and this place provided that. The downstairs area was perfect for the two older grandsons. It has the pool table, movie room & living area with pull out couch & full size refrigerator. Tanger Outlet mall is only 20 minutes away. Its very well stocked & busy. We enjoyed that a couple of days. Since our group was 11, we wished there were a couple more pots & pans because we did all of our meals there. Other than that and the last hair pin turns to get to the cabin, this place was perfect. It definitely felt like home and we loved it!

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness
The dirtiest VRBO and worst maintenance I’ve ever stayed at
Dirty kitchen- crumbs in drawers, sticky and dirty utensils, bottom oven drawer had a dried slices tomato and other dried food in it. Dirty and sticky floors- dirty rugsWalked out to the deck and the worst eyesore was a broken (in pieces)white resin tableLoose door knobs and rotten wood door frames. The beautiful windows to see the view - dirty-My family of 5 adults took 2 hours together during our vacation to clean the cabin so we could stay in it comfortably. I spent thousands of dollars for my family to enjoy our time together and was very disappointed.

Nice house; great location
The house is very nice. It has an initial shared driveway that splits off at the top. The houses are separated by trees and there is ample parking space for multiple vehicles (we only had two but you could fit more). The kids loved watching the family of bunnies in the yard and also found a lizard.
The good: It has a gorgeous view. The young adults loved the pool table and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable movie space, fire pit and deck seating. Make sure to plan time just to hang out at the house. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space so we did not feel crowded. With two refrigerators, there’s room for a week of drinks and food. Great out of town location convenient to get to any destination. Plenty of hot water for everyone to take showers.
The less good: If you have light sleepers or want bedroom privacy you may struggle. You can hear everything between the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom to the two bedrooms below. If you get carsick, the roads out to the house are windy. (But pretty much all of them out of town are that way)
We had a plumbing issue and the owners were responsive, sending out the plumber the same day.
Overall we would definitely stay here again.
NOTE: There are coffee filters. There is no aluminum foil, saran wrap or anything left in the kitchen from previous renters so make sure to bring everything you will need. We cheated and used Instacart.

Liked: Location
Location was perfect and cabin was exactly as pictured. When we arrived the grass was pretty high. They were able to send someone the next day but they only cut around the fire pit, not including the grill. Some of the linens may need to be replaced as there were stains on the sheets and comforters. The paint on the deck is peeling pretty bad and would stick to your feet. When cooking, the microwave above stove didn't work so we were not able to use the exhaust fan when cooking. Also trash was left from previous visitors. Overall, cabin was as described but needs some TLC.
