Perfect Place for skiing

Everything was great with our stay! Comfortable condo with room to spread out and well appointed kitchen for eating in. Convenient to Sunday River and everything Bethel had to offer! Chris was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski & Apres Homebase

This is our second year staying with a family of four (and sometimes friends) at this spot. Great gathering place close to restaurants in Bethel and a short drive to Sunday River. Gracious hosts who have been accommodating on several occasions. Really enjoy coming here.

This condo was magnificent! Very clean and child friendly! The three levels allowed for the common area, my sister and brother-in-law to have their own space downstairs, and our family to take over the upstairs. It was in a great location to base our adventures from and only minutes from the grocery store and restaurants.

Summer in Bethel

We had a great time staying at Eden Ridge. Was really close to town and lots of bike trails. Went on a great hike and found some cool watering holes. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome home for a trip to bethel/Sunday River!

The property is well-kept, with a great kitchen and lots of space for a large group. A quick drive to Sunday River as well. I’d highly recommend!

Fabulous February Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is located just 10-15 minutes away from the Sunday River Ski Resort. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer and dryer even have the laundry detergent and dryer sheet. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There is a grocery store just down the road from the condo. It is very convenient. The check out was simple. We have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely plan to return again!

Comfortable, spacious and convenient for a ski trip!

Loved this place! Felt newer than the pictures made it look. Beds were comfortable. Great living/dining setup. SUPER ideal location to ski Sunday River. Will be back!

Great condo near Sunday River

We stayed with our immediate family of three plus extended family for a total of 8. The condo had a great layout for everyone and was very clean and cozy. It was a short ride to Sunday River. The owner was great with getting back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Space & Location

This is a perfect space for two families of four adjacent to downtown Bethel and extremely easy to Sunday River. Great value for the price compared to a number of other places around the resort. The hosts could not have been more gracious and were accommodating and responsive. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

Great experience

Property was a perfect stay for us since we were up for a wedding and the venue was less than a half mile away. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Communication from the owners was fast. Would stay again if we decide to re visit the area

Perfect Vrbo rental

It's perfect. The location is great; close to Bethel center and just minutes from Sunday River. Fully stocked condo, immaculately clean. This is our second visit; hope to return many more times.

Wonderful!

Just spent a fantastic February break week in Bethel. Most of our party skied every day, and the non-skiers enjoyed snowshoeing and some day trips, and also spent a ton of lovely relaxing time in the unit playing games and doing puzzles, cooking meals, and more. The unit is clean and spacious, conveniently located, and warm and cozy despite this week’s arctic weather. Communication with owners was easy via the VRBO app. Would definitely come back!

Sunday River ski trip

We have been renting this condo for 4 years. The condo is very clean and well equipped with anything you need, and the owners are very nice and responsive. The location is 1/4 mile to Main St Bethel and 10 min to the mountain.

Kate and I live in Kingsbridge, a small town located in the South West of England, Kate is a Dispensing Optician and I am a Chartered Certified Accountant. We both have a love of travelling and having taken vacations all over the world we keep coming back to Bethel, Maine. So much so, that we decided to buy our own home in the village. We would be delighted to share our lovely home with like minded travellers and welcome enquiries from all around the world. We had been visiting Bethel for a number of years and in 2008 we decided to buy a property there. We love the tranquil village atmosphere of Bethel and although the Winter is the preferred time to visit with superb skiing at Sunday River and Mt Abram we find that each season offers something unique.

We love the convenient layout of our property, with 1600sqft, 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms over three levels there is plenty of space and numerous sleeping configurations for your party.

Our home is just a short distance from Bethel village and there is nothing better than a nice walk along the quiet road into Bethel in the Summer and Fall. Guests also have the use of our two bicycles if preferred!

Our home is fully equipped whether you are looking for ski racks, boot drying facilities, BBQ or a nice big flat screen TV it is all there. We like to think that our holiday home has all the comforts of our own home. We look forward to welcoming you soon!!
