Beauty beach decor. Spacious living room area. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Comfortable beds. Great balcony for enjoying the breeze off the ocean. Just wish one of the bathrooms was a little handicapped accessible.

The condo is very nice! We really enjoyed our time. I would suggest someone look at all of the electrical outlets. Many of them did not work.

Beach getaway

We had a great stay at Phoenix VIII. Overall the property was pretty clean. The linen had some stains, the kitchen had glass cabinets that could have been wiped down along with the refrigerator doors and handles as they appeared to have dried food on them. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the things we needed. The view of the coast line to the east is obstructed by another condo.

Great family trip.

Overall very pleased with our stay at this condo. Great location, wonderful clean beaches and quiet and peaceful at night. Checking in was a breeze and this unit was great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Loved the condo! Perfect for our family!

Went for a long weekend getaway and this place was perfect. Our only complaint was there was a lot of noise coming from condo above ours due to spring break party but all in all, I would definitely rent this condo again!

Unexpected surprise

We looked around for weeks trying to find the right property. Once we found one and got everyone in the groups opinion they got rented. After that happened numerous times we decided on this one and from the pictures things were outdated but upon check in we discovered it was just renovated, everything was beautiful and the view was divine. Absolutely would rent again
