Excellent single story Villa with Pool

A large spacious Villa with excellent inside outside space, super quiet but an easy 3 minute stroll to the village centre and its shops.

Très agréable demeure où il fait bon vivre

L'appréciation générale aurait été excellente si notre arrivée n'avait pas été si chaotique avec l'agence en charge de ce bien : * Particularité de la serrure non spécifiée * Réfrigérateur non branché * Livret d'accueil avec toutes les consignes de fonctionnement (wifi, appareils électroménagers, fonctionnement piscine, poubelles, télé...) non visible et non spécifié par l'agence. * Intervenants extérieurs non annoncés. * Linge de lit non adapté à la literie (2 housses de couette pour lit 1 place alors qu'il y avait 3 grandes couettes...heureusement, il y avait quand même 2 grandes housses). * Beaucoup de choses remisées dans la douche de la piscine (parasol, etc...) * L'intérieur était très propre, mais il a fallu nettoyer le mobilier de jardin extérieur parsemé de fientes d'oiseaux. Bref, on peut dire qu'il y a fallu s'installer, mais peut-être étions nous les premiers de la saison. Ce qui n'enlève en rien au charme de la maison. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Parfaitement située entre mer et village, au calme. Bien équipée. Nous avons eu du mal à en repartir et avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce lieu familial et parfaitement reposant.
