Appartement agréable, propre, bien équipé, plutôt pour un couple, pas trop chaud car il y a une bonne circulation d'air , environnement calme, place de parking très pratique , propriétaire à l'écoute , situation un peu éloigné de la grande plage, globalement très apprécié, je recommande

Séjour agréable dans une résidence calme.

Séjour agréable dans une résidence calme proche des plages et de la ville. Belle balade sur le sentier du littoral proche de l'appartement avec vue sur de beaux paysages. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Réponds très rapidement aux questions. L'appartement est impeccable, idéal pour 3 personnes. Jolie vue au loin sur la mer.

Très bon séjour

La location est très agréable tant par son esprit que par sa situation géographique. Le propriétaire est attentif à ses locataires tout en restant discret. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Des raffraichissements étaient à notre disposition à l'arrivée. Un très bon séjour dans une très belle région !

Appartement calme et fonctionnel

Appartement bien équipé, lumineux et aéré. Parking très appréciable (juste un peu distant de l'entrée). Piscine du lotissement agréable (non chauffé comme à la mer ^^). Centre ville à 25 mins en traversant la ville, à 45 mins par le sentier littoral. Maud notre agent immobilier très ponctuel, nous a super bien accueilli et expliqué toutes les modalités

Appartement trés agréable, trés bien agencé, joliment décoré et trés bien équipé. Jolie vue sur jardin (et un petit peu de mer). La piscine ainsi que le jardin (parc) sont un vrai plus. Impression de campagne a qq minutes de la plage d'Erromardie et a proximité du centre de Saint jean de Luz. Nous avons passé une chouette semaine de vacances. Merci !

Déçu...

Appartement conforme à la description, fonctionnel et joliment rénové, chambre au calme à l'arrière, place de parking attitrée. En revanche résidence type années 70, très familiale, du coup parfois très bruyante en cette période avec jeux d'enfants sous les fenêtres. Eloignement du centre ville. Difficile à pieds (long et pentu au retour), impossible en voiture à cette période (circulation et stationnement). Reste le bus (toutes les heures et 25 ' de trajet environ). La plage de l'Erromardie est proche mais retour à pieds également très pentu. Piscine collective non testée mais a priori non chauffée. Séjour à privilégier en fin ou début de saison.

Le propriétaire nous demande beaucoup pour le nettoyage mais ce n'est pas très propre.

Impossible de profiter de la piscine, ce n'est pas chauffé eau trop froide. Il y a que 6 chaînes à la télévision.

Logement très agréable, rénové, très bien équipé, tout près de la plage d'Erromardie et au calme. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet environnement. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location proposée par MM Courtade. J-LG d'Angers

Appartement très fonctionnel, endroit calme. Agent immobilier très sympathique et donne des bon conseils. En une semaine nous n'avons bien sur pas eu le temps de tout visiter, nous reviendrons :). je recommande cette location.

Apartamento muy acojedor

Apartamento muy acojedor en San Juan de Luz en una zona muy tranquila que invita al relax. Todo muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del alojamiento. La piscina es un plus para los días de calor. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa !

Séjour en avril 2019 pour découvrir le pays basque Très joli appartement au calme d'une petite résidence arborée, très agréable. La résidence se trouve à côté des plages de saint jean de luz Nous avons apprécié l'agencement et la décoration contemporaine de l'appartement, le confort de la literie et l'équipement qui nous fait nous sentir comme à la maison. L'appartement est facile d'entretien et très propre à notre arrivée. Un grand merci à Monsieur et Madame COURTADE ainsi qu'à Maud, pour leur accueil, leur écoute et réponses à nos questions. Nous nous reviendrons à d'autres saisons pour approfondir la découverte du pays basque.

Agréable séjour à ST Jean de Luz en mai

Bel appartement , propre, lumineux offrant de très belles prestations. Il ne manque rien pour le confort, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout, afin que le séjour des vacanciers soit "sans soucis". Résidence reposante, très calme, verdoyante, à quelques minutes de la plage, du sentier du littoral. Une agréable balade à faire.
